Leo's POV

I saw her sitting at the station. She did not even flinch a bit when the train arrived. She looked as if she was thinking about something, completely forgetting the rest of the world around her. I have seen her before, she stays somewhere near my place. She was wearing a brown kurti and dark jeans. She had clipped her hair in the right side just behind her ear. Her eyes looked dreamy. There was something about this girl that bewitched me. I saw her many times at a shop near my friend's place. That meant she stayed nearby.

That day, I saw her when I was with Prapti. She was wearing an off-white three forth and a blue loose tee. Her hair, were wet of the wash she had given them. She looked beautiful even in that loose tom-boyish tee. She wasn't skinny like the other girls. Prapti, my little sister, is a pain in the ass sometimes. She is short and way too thin! And irritating. And what-not! Little Sisters know how to make your simple life hell (or even worse, sometimes). She saw me staring at that girl.

"Her name is Moirai", she told me.

"How do you know?", I asked immediately.

"Gotcha! You were staring at her, it means", she beamed with joy! Told'ya pain in the ass. Why wouldn't she mind her own business? Oh yes, teasing me was the only business she excelled in. Ya, I was, I wanted to say. But, I did not.

"How you know her name is Moirai?", I said repeating myself.

"She was my schoolmate and maybe I have her phone no too", she chuckled evilly. You tend to hate your life when you have an evil looking devil as your sister.

"I don't want it", I uttered trying hard to suppress my urge of getting her no.

But now I know she's Moirai. She was in the same school as I was and how did I never notice her?, I wondered.

"She ain't your type, Lee", Prapti said in a very serious tone.

"She is a very quiet and a sensitive girl, She wouldn't even talk to anyone.

"I have never seen her talk to anybody other than Shagun. She is her best friend. None of the others in my class ever existed for her. She is not like the girls, you keep dating", she lectured me.

I tried processing the words Prapti just said.

She does not talk to anyone.

Shagun is her Best friend.

She is different.

I summarized.

But today, I saw her at Dadar Station, though that was just a glance. But, I know it was her. Moirai.

I called Prapti.

"Hello", she breathed.

"Call Moirai. Now. And ask her to meet me. I'm waiting for her", I ordered.

"And why will I do that, Lee?", she asked with curiosity and greed.

"Because you will need me to cover up for your meetings with your jeans-below-the-hip boyfriend", I snorted back.

"Cool. I'll ask her. I cannot promise she will meet you", she added.

"Call her. Bye."

I could feel my heart had started throbbing a little faster than it usually did.

What if she refused to meet me?

No.

I will meet her today, I told myself.

Train halted at a Station. I had completely forgotten that I had to get down now! I jumped out of the train. The train did not depart in another 2-3 seconds and my heroic attempt of getting down seemed stupid.

Wait, I did not tell Prapti where exactly I would meet Moirai.

I called the devil again,

"I called her and told her you are waiting at station. I did not wait for her confirmation, I cut the call before she could respond", she gabbered breathlessly.

"You call her again and tell her..."

"Don't play with her", she cut in.

My own sister thinks I played people. I was hurt.

"And tell her I shall be wait for her near the ticket counter on the left corner", I completed.

"Ok", she cut the call.

I walked to the left corner near the Ticket Counter. I was wearing a green checkered shirt and my best denims. I put my Ray-bans on. I tried fixing my hair using my fingers.

And there she was.

She walked slowly and she looked tensed. She was searching for me as I saw her eyes flickering to where I stood. There was small eye contact (at least, I felt), and that got tingles down my spine.

Tingles down my Spine!

God, what am I thinking! I saw her moving out than coming in my direction.

She must have not seen me, I argued with myself. I ran to the place where I had seen her. I lost her. Where is she? I had just seen her here! I turned in every direction to find her. Where are you Moirai?

I called Prapti again.

She picked up quickly.

"Lee, you are irritating me!", she warned.

"Call her again and ask her to stop where ever she is and let me where she is!" , I ordered completely ignoring her warning.

"I feel like a stupid pigeon of those old movies, passing the messages", she complained.

"Do it. NOW", I ordered.

I disconnected the call.

I started walking ahead trying to find her.

My phone buzzed and I quickly answered Prapti's call.

"Where is SHE?", I almost screamed.

"She told me to ask you Look straight", she said.

There she was. Waiting for me. She wasn't as short as I thought her to be.

I disconnected the call without even bothering to thank her. I walked up to her. She wasn't smiling but yet she managed to look pretty cute.

"Leo", I said as I offered my hand.

She let out a small breathe as if she found something funny. And replied,

"Moirai"

Finally, in my mind I did a freestyle dance move.

Then, I realised my hand was hanging in air and pulled back. I had to strike some conversation now as I had asked her to meet me.

"Do you walk down to your place?", I enquired trying to hide my obvious intentions of knowing where exactly she lived.

She nodded.

She does not talk to anyone.

Shagun is her Best friend.

She is different.

I remembered.

"Can I accompany you, I am going in the same directions as yours", I asked.

She gave me a confused look. I, then, realised I wasn't supposed to know in which direction she lived. Not knowing how to react, I stayed shut.
