Chapter2: The School

..Moirai's POV..

One would describe their school life as the best time of their life.. The place where they made their first friends.. The time they enjoyed the most..

But for me it was different.. I hated my school.. The only reason I managed to go to school was Shags.. I would remain absent most of the time pretending to be sick.. I never had a problem with the grades.. I was a straight A student.. Teachers loved me as I was the most quiet student in the class with good grades..

That day I reached early at school and I did not have friends so i was alone sitting in the homeroom.. My homeroom had a window that opened to give the view of the corridors that led to other classes.. I sat near the window.. I was just staring at the empty hallway when I heard some guys approaching near the window.. One of the guys had the most appealing voice I ever heard.. I tried hard to look who that guy was and suddenly someone tapped my back..

"FUCK...WHO THE HELL IS IT..??", I thought.. I did not scream but I got shit scared.. I felt as if I were caught watching a porn movie or something.. Though I haven't seen one yet..

I heard the most cheerful voice and immediately I knew that was Shags.. "Hey Moyaunty, early today huh..?" I loved her but still her habit of asking the most obvious questions highly irritated me.. And yes, She calls me Moyaunty.. According to her, I act like those old and boring aunties sometimes so she calls me Moyaunty..

I replied with a nod..

Sara appeared suddenly from no where, scaring me again.. Sara was a cute girl.. She smiled a lot and it appeared hell fake to me.. She was not that good as she pretended to be.. I always felt she had something in her mind and that something was not very nice..

"Hey Shags", she smiled as she said that..

"Arrrrgggghhhhhhhh...", I thought and gave her a look indicating that I was NOT happy.. not at all..

Shagun knew I had a serious problem of possessiveness.. And i hated it when someone called her Shags other than me.. She immediately replied " Chill Moy.. And Sara please call me Shagun I don't like people calling me Shags.. And neither does Moy.."

Sara gave me a look and I could see she wasn't pleased at all.. I told you something bad she has in her mind.. without saying a word further she left..

"Feels better", I thought..

Rest of the day was as usual.. I had 3 classes and the last class was up.. I was still thinking about the voice I heard this morning.. I was thinking who the guy would be.. I had no Idea but still I thought the guy must have been a tall, not-so-dark and handsome guy..

Finally, the bell rang and that shoved the end of today's day at school.. Shags and I got up to leave.. And again, that bitch arrived.. Sara always wanted to be with Shagun as she was popular and being with one of the most popular girls in class would get her attention.. But she wasn't happy with today's incident..

Sara called out loud, "Hey, Shags..!! I want to tell you something.. Something you should really knw.." giving me look as if she just conquered Mt.Everest by calling her Shags.. Well, that really pissed me off.. But right now, I was more concerned about what she wanted to say..

Shags rolling her eyes from me and back to Sara said, " Thats Shagun and say what happened.."

"Shags, you know what !! You are completely spoiling your image by being with this ugly lesbian.. She is clearly upto no good for you.. Everyone thinks either she has a serious mental problem or she is a lesbian.. And I really do care about you Shags as your friend.. Learn to see what is right and what is .... just a fat spot on your image ..!",she spat..

I stood there, trying to process what i had just heard..

"Everyone thinks either she has a serious mental problem or she is a lesbian.. "

I felt a hot drop of tear rolling down my cheeks.. "Is that what I am..? Is this how I projected myself to be..? Am I just a fat spot on Shags image..? maybe.. ", I was still thinking when a loud sound of someone being slapped registered in my mind..

I saw Shags red with anger and Sara's face was carved with five fingers firmly imprinted on her cheeks.. "You DARE say that again..",Shags hissed..

"You deserve that..", I thought.. And i gave a smile and wiped my tears..

That answered all my questions.. "NO, I wasn't a fat spot on Shags image.." :)
