Melania, Donald and the family have had some hard times for the past few weeks with Melania's mom being in the hospital and sadly it was very known her time on earth was coming to an end.
Donald, Melania, Barron, and Viktor were all going to the hospital at separate times today to see her
Melania got up early Tuesday morning to head to the hospital and Donald was going to meet her there. Melania decided to give her husband a call as she was getting ready
"Good morning darling" she said when he answered the phone
"Good morning baby, how did you sleep" Donald asked
"I haven't slept great, I'm kinda ready to be home with you just to get a good night sleep. It sounds selfish I know" Melania said
"No, i get what you're saying believe me. By the way, I'm going to bring Barron with me he really wants to see her" Donald said
"Good I'm sure she'll be happy. But for him to see her like this will be tough" Melania said sadly
"He can handle it, he was sad last night he wants to see her"
"Okay well I'm gonna finish and I will see you in a little bit. I love you darling" Melania said through the phone
"I love you baby"
A little while passed by, and everyone arrived at the hospital
Melania walked in first
"Hi mom, how are you" Melania asked as she sat down next to her mom
"The same I've felt since the day I walked in here" she said
"I have a couple visitors for you" Melania said as Donald and Barron walked in
"Hi mom" Donald smiled, walking over giving his mother in law a kiss on the cheek
"Hi Don" she smiled, she loved seeing Donald
"Hi grandma, how are you feeling" Barron asked hugging his grandma
"Stronger than ever, handsome" amailija smiled at him
"Barron, can you go do me a favor and get me some ice chips. I gotta also talk to your dad" amailija asked
"You got it"
Barron left the room, Donald's mother in law looked at him
" I have a feeling I'm not gonna like this conversation" Donald said sadly
Melania looked at her mom " do you want me to walk out a bit?"
"No, you can stay. It's something you both can hear"
"Come sit with me you" she patted her bed
Donald's mother in law took his hand and smiled
" you know I never got a son But man, let me tell you you have filled that role in my life and not only are you the best son a mother-in-law can ask for but the best husband and father a mother-in-law could ever want for her daughter and her grandson"
"Oh, you're making me cry" Donald whispered
Amailija continued "I'm not done, I have seen you go through everything possible in the past almost 8 years I could not be more proud of you. You fight like hell, with my daughter at your side. to see how much you love Melania and her treat her in a way that is the sweetest way I've ever seen makes my heart so happy. The love and devotion you have for her and your son is beautiful. That's the only thing I ask of you, When I'm gone promise me, take care of my daughter and my grandson like you do every day. And just so you know with everything you continue to do Mr. President I'll be watching from above and cheering you on just like I would be if I was able to stay here forever. I love you" Amailija smiled, tears in her eyes
