The Unexpected

Hey everyone, this is a continuation of my last chapter while I think of ideas for other chapters. I will try and write more, enjoy!

Fast forward a week, Melania woke up feeling crappy but still she had yet to get her cycle.

Donald had gone to the office. She didn't tell him how bad she was feeling when he left that morning.

But Barron knew something was off by the way she was acting, but didn't ask questions.

It was now lunch time, Barron was out and Donald walked in from his office down the hall to have lunch with Melania

Melania, was sitting at the counter and fidgeting.. waiting for him

"Hi baby" Donald picked her up out of the chair, kissing her

"Hi darling" She smiled, kissing him wrapping her arms around his neck

He looked at her, and he could tell something was off

"Are you okay" He asks softly

Without saying anything she picks up the box with the pregnancy test, not saying a word

Donald was slightly shocked, his eyes wide, looking at the box then looking back up at Melania

"You think so" He said

"I don't feel good" She told him, putting her head on his shoulder "I don't think.. I know"

"Let's find out" He smiled

"Wait, where's our son" He asked

"Out, don't worry he has not a clue" She said

He followed her to the bathroom

"Are you ready for this" she asked him with a soft smile

"To raise another baby with you, of course I am." He rubbed her back softly, kissing her forehead

"I have déjà vu, I'm sweating" She laughed slightly

Donald laughed, "We can do this. Breathe baby"

Melania set the five minute timer

"Alright. Five minutes and we'll know"

Donald took her hand and held her close "Whatever this says, it will all be okay"

"I'm happy.. either way" She smiled

They stood in the bathroom and waited for which felt like forever

Finally the five minute timer rang

Melania took a deep breath, looking at Donald

He gave her smile, having his hand softly on her back

Finally.. The unexpected

Melania Was Pregnant

Both Donald and Melania were shocked that this actually happened but they couldn't be happier

Donald picked her up, spinning her around. So happy

Melania was crying happy tears "I can't believe this"

Donald was over the moon "I told you, we tried and if it was meant to be it would happen. And it was meant to be"

"I couldn't be happier to go through this journey again with you" Melania kissed him for the longest time

Donald kissed her "No turning back now. I'm so happy"

Melania looked at her belly in the mirror, her stomach still flat

"There's a little baby in there" She said emotionally

Donald kissed her stomach "Sweet baby"

Both Donald and Melania collected themselves and just decided to spend time together watching a movie since they were home alone

"I love you very much baby" Donald smiled, kissing her

"I love you so much. I can't believe we get to raise another baby. You're the best daddy and husband anyone can wish for" She smiled

"The best part is, we get to do it together. You're the best mama and wife in the world" He smiled, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear

"Now the question is, when are we telling Barron" Donald asked

"Not yet, let's keep this our secret for a little while" Melania said

"I like the sound of that" Donald said

"What do we think.. Boy or Girl" Melania said sweetly

"Girl. I want a mini you running around this house" He smiled

"I just am so in shock. I really didn't think this was going to happen" Melania said honestly

"This baby was a gift, no doubt." He said

"From my mom" She smiled

"Definitely. Not for nothing, we have a good track record... we made a great looking kid" Donald laughed slightly

"We did so good" Melania smiled, agreeing

"And if this baby is a girl and she's your twin, with the combination of us.. she's going to be so gorgeous. She's not dating til she's 40" Donald said seriously

Melania laughed "I love you, that little girl would be so lucky to have you as her daddy"

"I love you" He kissed her long and slow

Melania laid her head on Donald's chest "Oh I don't feel good

"What's wrong" He asked sweetly

"I'm so nauseous, but I haven't thrown up.. so that's good. I forgot about the beginning of pregnancy" Melania said taking a sip of water,
trying to get rid of the nausea

"Well I'm here to love on you. I got you, through morning sickness and all. Thank you for giving me another baby" Donald smiled, taking her lips in his own

"You're so sweet. I love you so much" She kissed him
