As if a switch flipped, as soon as you got out the door and you smelled the smoke that was travelling through the air to the upper level, Sanzu's behavior instantly changed on the first steps downstairs. Your dress flowed behind you, the sheer white train on your back swaying as you went down, right behind Sanzu. The closer you came to the chatter that was sounding from the living room, the louder it got, and right where the staircase met the wall and you could look down, Sanzu's hand shot up and banged on the concrete wall beside him.

All the others looked up to him, meeting the manic grin that was set on his face. A gutteral laugh escaping him at the sight of their turned heads as he began to yell at them.

"I PRESENT...", he looked at you, standing behind him cringing, hoping to disappear into the floorboards, and gestured you to get in front of him, "...The angel that honors us with her presence in hell for tonight."

I have never experienced something more embarrassing. That's it. I'm moving. Somewhere faaaaar away. Oh my god.

Their faces turned to you, some of their lips turned into smiles, some raised their brows, Koko's wide grin could have resembled the chesire cat, but most of them just stared at you. Looking you up and down, from your hair, your burgundy lips down to the sheer white, stitched up train of your dress, then to your heels. You felt like a piece of meat at the butcher, which, to be honest is not a pleasant feeling, but this too shall pass.

You rolled your eyes and strode down the stairs to meet them, all of them standing up to go out the front door finally. Low chatter filled the room again, as Koko slid his arm around your waist, his lips right up to your ear, a gentle nibble on it before his breath hit your cheek. "I knew you'd look heavenly in the dress I got you, Love." You could feel his smile against your cheek as he let go of your hip and smirked at you, before you could thank him for the dress. The color crept back into your face as you went out the front door behind him.

Kakucho was the only one waiting for you at the top of the stairs and held out his hand for you to take and help you down the steps. He beamed at the sight of you, admiration sparkling in his eyes as he spoke in a soft voice. "My pleasure... Ma'am." His comment made you giggle, and his smile just got brighter as you wrapped your fingers around his, striding down the staircase like you were a newly wed couple.

He's really not that bad... I guess...

He guided you to the car you were riding in, let you sit in the back with Ran and Rindou again, Sanzu in the passenger seat and he was driving. The whole ride to the club, the car was filled with roaring laughter from Rindou, hyping you all up, since he was the most excited out of all of them it seemed. He was jittery and annoying Kakucho to turn up the music so he could get in the mood for partying, and you couldn't help but just giggle at his excitement.

When you arrived at the club, you went through the back entrance, striding through the hallway to the front, and into the VIP area that you met Koko in before. The music could already be heard from far away, the bass thundering through the walls and doors of the club. As soon as Mocchi opened the door to the area you'd all be chilling at, the lights danced into the otherwise dark hallway behind you, and the loud music filled the air as you all went to sit down on the sofa and cushioned chairs.

It's kind of awkward to be here with all of them, but at least I can go dance if I want to?! I'm just gonna make the best out of it... Why not have a little fun in all the desperation that clung to me like limpets. I deserve to have a little fun at least. Right?

You sat down between Sanzu and Takeomi on the couch, crossed your legs and let your eyes roam the packed dancefloor, the crowded bar area and all the other people that were there, drunk, having fun, partying the night away - even on a sunday. "I'm going to get us something to drink.", you yelled over the sounds of the blasting music at Sanzu, but as soon as you wanted to stand up, his hand was laid down on your thigh again, sitting you back down. A smirk on his face and a wave of his hand later, the barkeeper girl was at your tables and took all the orders.

She was wearing a short skirt, that was shifting while she walked down again, a million dollar smile plastered on her face as she left, but you could tell that all the eyes were still set on you, even though she was a charming girl, and probably just tried to flirt with them to get a tip. You pulled out the pack of cigarettes from your small clutch, that you brought with you, and lit one of them, holding it between your teeth.

As the first puff of smoke left your lips, you nudged Sanzu's shoulder and leaned into him, trying to pick up the topic from before. "You still owe me an explanation from before. I told you everything and you told me only ONE thing.", you cheekily exclaimed, taking another drag of your cigarette, as your eyes widened suddenly. "ALSO... what should I call you from now on? Haruchiyo? Sanzu, still? Or Akashi?" Your hand rested on his forearm casually, patting it lightly with a sheepish smile on your face.

"Whatever you'd like to call me, Angel.", he purred, cocking his head and taking a sip from his drink that just arrived at the table. "I don't know if I can tell you about Mikey, Takemichi and Kazutora. That's some other story to tell, which I'd gladly leave to Mikey himself." His smile vanished, and a frown appeared on your face upon hearing his words, which was wiped away soon enough again. "But I can tell you something else instead. I can tell you why you are so important for Mikey."

Your eyes lit up at his response, as you took a sip of your drink and waited for him to continue talking, while his hand was still resting on your thigh, his fingers idly stroking the skin that peeked through the slits in the dress.
