An Argument....😬, Separation, and 🩸

It had been a few weeks since I confessed my feelings to Sun and Moon.

"Hey Sun." I said.
He was standing over by the light switch.
"Hey." He said.
"I'm gonna talk to Moon." I went to turn the light out but he stopped me. I looked at him confused.
"Sunshine, I know I agreed on everything, and it's not about the crush thing. It's just, I've reached my breaking point. You turn the lights out so many times a day, and I can't stand the pain. I'm sorry, but I can't let you turn the lights out anymore." He said.
"But S-Sun. You can't keep me away from him." I said frantically.
"I know, Sunshine I'm sorry-" he started.
"Look I get it Sun, but you can't do this!"
"Sunshine I just can't handle it anymore."
Then I dodged him, and flicked the lights off desperately.
Sun started screaming, and I ran to the top of a play structure and started crying.
I saw Moon appear. He was looking around, and then he saw me.
He climbed the play structure and sat next to me.
I immediately told him what happened.
"Starlight, you shouldn't have done that." He said.
"Or what? Never see you again??" I looked down. "There has to be something we can do to make this easier. Like separate you two or something...." I said.
"Maybe..."
"Would you be ok if we did that? Then Sun wouldn't have to be in pain all the time, and you could have your own body."
"I mean yeah." He said.
"I'll ask Sun... I hope he doesn't yell at me.." I said.
"You'll be fine." He hugged me, and then we went back down to the light switch, and I turned it back on.

Sun looked down at me. He was silent and angry. I was a little scared, so I stayed silent.
"Really Sunshine?" He said. It was the first time he sounded actually angry.
"I-I...."
He started walking away.
I grabbed his wrist.
"Sun wait! I came up with a solution."
He turned to me.

I explained my idea.

"And Moon's ok with this?" He asked.
I nodded.
"Then I guess it's ok. Let's go." He said taking my hand, and we went to Vanessa.
She made a few calls, and then she agreed.

A few hours later

They were officially separated and lying next to each other on the mat.
Vanessa turned them on, and I thanked her as she walked out.
"Sunshine?" Sun said.
"Hey Sun." I said.
Then I looked over at Moon.
He was staring at me, and then he started to flex his joints.
"Wow...." He said.
"Do you like it?" I asked.
"Yes!" Sun said.
"Yeah...." Moon said.
We walked back to the daycare, and Moon said he wanted to walk around the pizza plex to get used to being in his own body while me and Sun took care of the kids that were just coming in.

I had left for a bit to get something, but when I came back, I dropped what ever it was and covered my mouth in horror.
There was blood everywhere, and every single kid was dead.
But the worst part: Sun's hands were bloody, and he was shaking.
"S-Sun! D-did you do this?" I asked, trembling.
He snapped his head in my direction.
I walked over to him.
"I didn't do it! I just woke up!..." He said panicking. "Don't tell Moon."
I called Vanessa, and she helped us cover stuff up, and clean up, and then she went to deal with everything else. I had been panicking about Sun being shut down, but she said he would be ok.
Right after she left, Moon came back.
We nervously said hi, and he eyed us suspiciously before going up to his room.
