The day after Sun went on a date with Roxanne

Sun and I went over to the arcade, and we saw Monty and Roxy there.
We went over to them.
"Hi Monty." I said.
"Hey kid." He replied.
Sun was fiddling with his hands.
"So what are you guys doing here?" I asked.
"Well we're engaged." Roxy said.
Sun jerked his head up. "W-what?" He asked in a timed, and frail voice.
"Yeah, it's true." Monty said. (Sorry if you don't ship them. I don't really either but we needed the drama lol)
I looked over at Sun, and I could tell he was about to have a heart attack, and he probably couldn't even see straight.
I put a hand on his shoulder snapping him out of it.
"Hey Sun, let's go back to the daycare." I said.
He nodded, and I put my arm around him.
I turned back to Roxy.
"All of that just to do this? Not cool man. Not cool." Then me and Sun left.
Once we were back in the daycare, he started having a panic attack.
"This isn't happening r-right? There's no way! She can't be like that!!" He stammered, then he fell to the ground.
I quickly went to his side and hugged him tightly.
"Hey, hey Sun... Look at me.." I said.
He looked at me, and he was shaking.
"Oh Sun..." I put my hands on his face. I knew he would be crying if he was capable of it.
"She doesn't deserve you. She doesn't deserve someone like you. You are perfect. Nothing is wrong with you. You don't need to change anything ok?" I said. I smiled at him with tears in my eyes.
He almost seemed shocked by what I said, but then he put his hands on my arms. Then he pulled me into a very tight hug.
"Thanks Sunshine.. you're the best. You really are."
We stayed like that for a while. And then he said: "I think it was more of an obsession that I had. It wasn't pure love."
"Maybe it was both?" I said.
"Maybe...." He said. "But thank you for being here for me Sunshine. And getting me out of there." He said.
"Of course Sun. I'll always be here." I said.
He was looking at me, but it was almost in a.... Flustered way? Nahh I'm probably just making that up.

2 hours later

Me and Sun decided to clean the daycare, and every now and then I caught him looking at me. So the next time he did it, I turned to look at him.
"What's up Sun?" I asked.
"N-nothing." He said, and then he quickly looked away.
I smiled to myself.

After we finish cleaning the daycare I walked over to Sun.
"We did a good job." I said.
"Mmhmm." He said, nodding his head.
I smiled at him and put my hand on his shoulder. He looked up at me, and then he looked down, and started to fiddle with his hands.

Sun's POV:

I know Roxy just broke my heart but ever since that, every time Y/N gets close to me I get extremely flustered. It's like the whole Roxy thing was an eye opener.

Back to you:

After a while of talking with Sun, I felt like I had to tell him. I knew Roxy just broke his heart, but I had to get it off my chest.
"Hey Sun?" I said.
"Yeah Sunshine?" He said.
"There's something I need to tell you." I said.
"And what might that be?" He asked.
"Well I know Roxy just hurt you but...." I said.
OML what is she gonna say?! Sun thought.
"I-I.... I h-have a crush on you......" I said, emideitly looking away.
I felt him staring at me so I turned to look at him.
I could tell that his mouth would be wide open.
"U-umm..." I said embarrassed.
"Wha- you... Really?! You actually like me??" He asked.
I nodded, and he emideitly hugged me.
"I know Roxy just broke my heart, but it's like an eye opener. After that, I realized that all this time I had a slight crush on you. I hope that doesn't sound weird. I swear I'm not just saying that. I-" He said.
"I believe you Sun. I know you're not the kind to just say something like that. And I think it was beautiful. What you said." I said, with a soft smile.
He looked at me, and then he looked away flustered.
"Hey Sun?" I said.
He turned back to look at me.
"Y-yeah?" He said.
Then I leand in and kissed him on the cheek. I didn't care that it felt like metal, because I knew it was Sun.
"Wha- wahhh- what was that for??" Sun asked, flustered.
"I love you Sun. I have since the day I met you." I said.
Then Sun pulled me into a tight hug. "You have no idea how much that means to me." He said.
I hugged him back tightly.
