Moon's.... Gone?

"WHO ARE YOU?! WERE AM I?!!?! WHO AM I?!?!" Moon screamed. He was staring at us in fear.
My head was spinning and tears welled up in my eyes.
"His... Memories are gone...." Freddy said. "I'm so sorry.. I didn't know this would happen."
"It's ok Freddy." Sun said, his voice shaking. Tears streamed down my face as memories of me and Moon flooded into my brain. "I-is there any way to get them back?" I asked frantically.
"I... I can try, but I am not sure." Freddy responded.
I nodded and then walked away. Sun followed.
"He's gone Sun..."
"I... I know."
I pulled Sun closer and hugged him tightly, sobbing into his chest.
he hugged back, and put his head on mine.
"What if he never remembers us? I don't know if I can start from scratch. There's.... There's just too much."
"I know Sunshine.... But.. But we have to t-try... I-... Even though I was scared of him, ever since we were separated we grew closer..." Sun choked on a sob.
We stayed like that until Freddy came over.
"This is going to take a while. I don't know if it will work, and I'm still figuring it out." He said.
"Can I go see him?" Sun asked.
"Sure. But don't stress him out more then he already is."
Sun nodded, and then walked back over. I followed and watched from afar.
Sun said something, and then Moon looked like he was struggling to remember something.
"I'm sorry, but I don't remember you." He said.
Sun nodded, and then walked back over to me.
"It's useless. He doesn't remember..." He looked at me, "This is all my fault."
"He would say the same thing." I said.
Sun chuckled slightly. "He would wouldn't he?"
A few minutes later Freddy walked back over.
"I figured out a possible solution. It could cause things to get worse though. Do you want me to try it?"
I looked at Sun and he nodded.
"Ok." Freddy said.
"Just let me say one thing to him. Just in case it does get worse."
I walked over to the see-through repair room, and stepped inside.
