Finally They Arrive at the ball. Before getting out Ivory leans in and whispers to Dapha, "Don't worry, Dapha. I'll make sure my bestfriend doesn't get killed again okay." Ivory smiles.

"Yeah, and I'll make sure you won't either." Dapha snickered.

"Me get killed? I'm a noble, they won't kill me as easily as they'd kill you." Ivory said confidently.

Dapha playfully rolled her eyes and said. "Oh just rub it in why don't you."

"Oh speaking of execution, let's keep it a secret that you're a commoner." Ivory says hopping out of the carriage. "Not because you're not allowed in, but mostly because you'll get away with a lot more things if they already think you're a noble."

"I get it, so should I tell anyone who asked that I'm the marquis daughter also?" Dapha asked.

"No way, lying is even worse! Imagine you get found out." Ivory replied shivering at the thought.

"So what do you want me to do then if they ask?"

"Well if anyone does end up asking just change the subject or keep saying "um" they leave u alone eventually." Ivory concluded.

Dapha gives Ivory a skeptical look before, shrugging in response. "Well if you say so." She said.

Ivory and Dapha walked into the palace holding hands. When the doors open for them they see a beautifully decorated ballroom. The guard that was standing next to the door introduced Ivory.

"introducing the Marquis's daughter Ivory!" The guard announced.

All eyes turned to see the Marquis daughter, since this is the first time she has been to a noble event since the accident. The guest began to whisper upon seeing Dapha standing next to her, holding hands with Ivory. Ivory guard Zaire, was also in close proximity but he didn't cause any attention at all.

"Miss Ivory looks as lovely as ever, but who's that other girl. Did they adopt another child?" A voice whispers.

"She can't be a commoner can she? Just look at her hair." Another voice asked.

"And her outfit, no commoner can afford something like that!" One more voice answers.

'These people aren't even trying to hide the fact that they're gossiping! It's as clear as day.' Dapha thinks to herself getting frustrated.

"Dapha." Ivory whispers pulling Dapha closer.

"Yeah what is it?" She answers, turning her focus away from the rude nobles.

Ivory gets a goofy grin on her face as she lifts her hand to whisper in Dapha's ear. "Do you think the love interest are fighting over Aurelia yet." She asked.

Dapha stares at Ivory before bursting out into a quiet laughter. "What I stupid question." She laughed.

"What?" Ivory whines. "I just want to be watching when they get into that brawl!" Ivory says, punching the air.

"I know, but in the game Aurelia didn't come until the party was almost over remember. She was fashionably late." Dapha responds wiping the tears from her eyes.

"Oh right, that means we're stuck here waiting for the drama, how boring." Ivory sulks, lowing her head.

"Yeah but you know what else that means, right?" Dapha ask grabbing Ivory's shoulder with one hand and pointing in a direction with the other.

"Hm?" Ivory looks up and followers Dapha's pointed finger to the food table.

"It means we get to stuff our face." Dapha says practically drooling.
