Hope it doesn't annoy you- but Rui-Jane will be more of a factor this time.

- There goes V, climbing off like spiderman...wait, who's spider man? You wondered. You shook the useless thought from your brain and turned back around.

- Tessa spun her sword before grasping it properly and cutting into her arm- you felt shivers just watching her do so, "Oh no, hope I don't HUMAN everywhere!" She exclaimed, her blood spraying out from the wound she worsened.

- Rui-Jane was also observing and pulled a knife from its spot at her hip, where it was slipped into the belt, "You thinking what I'm thinking?" She asked, brandishing the knife. You nodded, though a bit hesitant. You weren't big on inflicted pain on yourself. Who would? (Unless you're into that 😰)

- Rui-Jane sliced open her own arm, hissing. You heard it, and did the same after she handed you the sharp blade and followed her actions. You, Tessa, and Rui-Jane's blood was splattered across the floor infront of you.

- You heard different things going on behind your back, N calling out to Uzi- grunts from the girl then crashing and mushy sounds? That made a tingle go throughout your body. A warning.

- Tessa's voice made you focus back on the sentinel, she spoke out something you didn't quite catch. More blood was splashed about, Tessa did it first and you followed suit. But what totally irked you was the fact your wound already healed, and so, the slicing was repea-

"I hate that these bitches are so fucking smart." Rui-Jane hissed. You paused, the knife just about to slice into your flesh. You looked back at the sentinel seeing it had a old disassembly drone arm, gun aimed at you three.

- The gun fired, which made you question everything in your head.

- That gun was not connected to a murder drone, which would control and shoot that gun- HOW THE FUCK DID THE DINOSAUR THINGY SHIT JUST SHOOT AT YOU?!

- This bullet was heading straight at Tessa with the speed you'd expect- too fast for the average human to react to. Tessa stood in an alarmed matter, her strangely clean sword still held in her left hand.

- With a blink, V appeared before Tessa, the human going unharmed due to V catching the bullet between the sharp ends of her blade-fingers.

- She spun, sending the bullet flying right back at the red-eyed sentinel. The bullet was so quick it shot the gun from the arm the Dino had used in the first place. V brought up a pair of shattered glasses, the prescription lenses still intact.

"Did I get it?" She asked, squinting.

- A small smile found its way on your lips, your response caught in your throat as yet another tingle went through your body. More intensely than the last.

- You turned around, the feeling causing your instinct to make you. At the same time, Tessa walked to join Uzi and N. Uzi was on the floor, N holding her head up. "What the hell-" You started, eyes landing on the oily leak at Uzi's arm, where the limb should have been, that spot was empty.

"Bugga, that's bad!" Tessa ushered N and Uzi to stand, you grabbed Rui-Jane's shoulder and advised her to join the four in getting into the elevator. "Cmon team!" Tessa pulled Uzi and N in.

"Cmon, let's get in-" Rui-Jane went to pull you in as well. But you shook your head and gave her a little push, sending her falling into the elevator.

- V was still out here, in this hall. You couldn't- and refused to enter that elevator without her. But she was running at the pesky sentinel- and was much farther away than you had thought, "V! Cmon!" You called out, watching as she engaged in a duel with the Dino.

- You heard the elevator behind you, that was the signal that you needed to speed things up. And knowing V, she wouldn't get into this elevator unless she was helped.

- The sentinel suddenly slid across the floor from V, and was now at your feet. You grimaced, almost like you were grossed out, "Ugh," you dragged out, kicking it away.

"Are you fucking kidding me?!" You heard Rui-Jane curse behind you, turning your head you saw what had her panicked. A sentinel ruined the keypad, tearing it from its spot and tossing it away.

- the elevator began raising. "V! Cover your eyes!" At you warning V did just that, and barely dodged getting bootlooped by a blue flash. You felt tingles spread through you again, and took notice of the more sentinels arriving at the scene around you and V.

"Y/n...um.." V started, her arm shielding her eyes. You gulped down saliva, and shook your head. You knew what she was starting to hint at with that. Like Rui-Jane, you also had a gun. Made by Uzi, bless her, you thought. You pulled it from its holster, "Not you."

- V's eyebrows furrowed, confused at your rather firm statement. "What do you mean?" She asked. You stepped forwards, grabbing her forearm with your free hand and pulling her towards you.

- "V! Y/n!" You heard two voices- N and Rui-Jane. Both sounded incredibly desperate. "Sorry." You apologized to V. She didn't understand, not until she suddenly found herself flying across the floor and sliding into the elevator.

"What the-" V muttered, but N pulled her into hug, after picking her up off the floor.

- V pushed N off. A bit harshly, but her lover was still out there after all, sentinels closing in. As she was starting to climb out, a hand grabbed her leg and pulled her back in. Once she landed on the floor again, V turned her head and saw Rui-Jane's mask staring her down.

"I won't let you."

"Who the hell do you think you are?!" V snapped, she went to exit once again, only to find the Uzi-made hole was too small for her to fit through. "Goddammit! No, no.." V raised her hand, ready to hack away whatever she needed to just to be able to fit through.

"V! Cmon, just stay in there! Please!" You begged. Your pleas were ignored, and V broke more of the elevator away. "V please don't go!" N joined in. He was only tuned out. "I'm not going to just let you die here! Not if I can help it!" V became a bit more urgent with her strikes at the already damaged wall.

- she got it! She could get out. As she was halfway out, you chuckled at her determination- you loved that she obviously loved you so much.

"Then, I won't let you help it."

You took aim, the gun turned upwards at the cables keeping the elevator up,
Taking the shot, you sealed your fate. And your stomach twisted as the weight of this action immediately made you want to cry.

"Wait! Y/-" V was yanked back into the now falling elevator, and was saved before being split into two.

Though..at least there was a bit of peace with you both. You knew V was not here, she was safe. Alive. And V, the last she saw of you was a soft expression with the most loving of smiles on your face.
