"Maggie did you get The Shapiro invitation for Finns party in July? They are having it in Milan and Willa just asked me to check if you got it?" Kelley asks me as I walk into the kitchen of Devyns house
"I believe I did, I think I wrote it down somewhere. It's like the 20th right?" I ask
"Yeah I believe so" she says as I nod
"Yeah because Mercedes said something about coming to Monaco first then flying with me, but I was talking to her and running numbers so it didn't stick" I shrug as Devyn walks in with Avery in her arms
"Who wants to come to the beach?" She asks
"Oh me! Me!" I exclaim
"Is this like the first time Avery has slept longer than two hours?" Kelley asks
"Actually yes, she's a big fan of 20 minute naps so I'm very excited for this" Devyn says
"If you give me like 5 minutes two change I'll be ready to go" I say as Devyn nods
"I'll sit this one out, I'm going to send some emails, but later we should all go before Maggie has to go back to Miami" Kelley proposes
"That sounds good, dad said he'd be back by 5 so maybe we can go at like 6:00, 6:30. What time do you have to go Mags?" Devyn asks
"Well I just have to get Paul from the airport I think his flight gets in at 8:30, so if I go straight there I can leave at like 7:30" I say as they nod
"Okay so we can go at 6" Devyn says
"Sounds good. I'll just be here while you guys go" Kelley says opening her laptop and beginning to do whatever it was she had to get done
"5 minutes dee" I say as she nods
"We'll be right here" she smiles as I walk back down the hall to the guest room I was occupying the last two days. —————-

"Bring me up to speed with your current dating situation?" Devyn says as we are sitting in the sand at the beach with Avery on the towel right infront of us playing with the sand
"So Charles and I are like an odd friends with benefits thing, I don't really understand it" I begin
"Do you have feeling for him by chance? Like what's making it confusing?" She asks
"I think I may have some feelings, I know there is something there for sure" I say as she nods
"But..." she adds
"Christian and Mason introduced me to João, their teammate. And it was like the same thing like with Charles. Not the friends with benefits, but it was just so easy to talk to him. Like it was just so easy and it was like I've known him my whole life"I explain
"So this is a predicament" she says as I laugh
"Yeah, but they both just got out of long relationships and I haven't dated anyone since Greg so I don't know" I say
"You haven't dated anyone since Greg?" She asks
"Yeah, it just didn't feel right. Something about it freaks me out"I shrug
"Maggie, in the nicest way possible, you let him have too much power over you. That shit is about to get married to one of your friends and your still afraid to date because of him" she says
"I know, I just. Like would rather not feel this awkward and like blah. Maybe I'll bring João or Charles as my date" I joke
"Please do, that would be so funny " she laughs as I smile
"No no no, that sounds mean number one, and number two they are getting married in like June of next year so who knows what I'll be doing at that point in time" I say as she waves me off
"Well hopefully you'll be able to take one of them and you'll be happy in doing so. It's been so long and you just deserve to be happy" she says as I nod
"That's why I'm waiting it out.if I rush into anything it'll just be bad and it'll end the same way, someone will be hurt in the end"I shrug as she nods in agreement

We stay at the beach for another hour or so before deciding to head home.
Once we get back I get to packing up my stuff so I can just go straight from the beach to get Paul then to the hotel.
It was 4:30 currently and I was just about done packing when my phone began ringing
I picked it up and it was João calling.
"Hey what's up?" I ask answering the phone
"Sorry to bother, but I totally forgot to ask when you were here. Are you working during the Grand Prix in Spain?" He asks
"As of right now,no. But I'm I basically on call. If they need me I'm there type of thing."
"So are you staying in the Ferrari garage for the race?" He asks
"Yeah, just on the actual race day though, the rest of the weekend I'm free to roam wherever. But more than likely I'll be at Mclaren because I know both of the drivers personally." I explain
"I was just wondering because i have red bull hospitality for the weekend, with Mason and chilly but maybe I'll visit you." He says as I laugh
"I'll look forward to it" I say
"So are you having fun in Florida?" He asks
"Yeah, it's the best. I'm upset I have to leave my family today but it's fine because I've been here since Monday night" I say
"I'm going to be there at the end of June for the break between international break, any suggestions on what to do?" He asks
"Well depending on where you are exactly I'll say different things. But if you just want my general recommendation, I'd say Busch gardens if you go to Tampa. And maybe go to universal if your in Orlando." I suggest
"I'll be sure to remember that" he says
"Well look I gotta finish packing and shower but I'll text you later." I say
"Alright, have fun this weekend" he says and I smile
"Thanks, talk later I say taking the phone off my ear and hanging up
