"Alright I've had just about enough of the waiting. Tell me what happened." Paul shrieks as I shake my head
"I told Freya I'd wait for her and Leo before saying anything, and I'm going to stand by that." I laugh in response
"When will she be here?" He asks
"I don't know, in the meantime can you help me move the rug into the guest bedroom?" I ask and he sighs and stands up
"I guess if I have to." He says and I laugh
"Oh what car did you decide on?" He asks
"Mercedes CLS, I'm very excited. I ordered it on the plane back home." I say
"Wait so now we are car twins I'm so excited" he says
"oh, dang it." I joke
"Hey we are here!" Freya calls out and Paul and I set the rug down
"Coming!" I yell back and we walk out and to the living room
"Hey guys, I've missed you so much." I say and hug both of them
"We missed you more, but we are back and rest for game night ." Freya laughs and I nod
"Yeah but first I have to tell you guys what happened when I was in Florida." I say and thy nod and follow me to the couch where Paul was
"Ok so when I was there, João was also in the state. So we made plans to go to an amusement park and everything was all fine and dandy then when he dropped me off back home, we kissed." I say and they all gasp
"Wait so does this mean no more Charles?" Freya asks
"Yeah, i think I'm finally accepting it." I say
I had told Freya and Leo before I left to Spa, we all got lunch and I had promised Freya I'd tell her when I got back from Italy. So everyone in the room currently knew everything that had happened with Charles and I.
"Oh wow so now you and João are like a little confusing thing, how cute."Paul jokes
"If you would like to say that, yes. I don't know, we haven't talked about it yet, and I'm wondering if we ever will. It's not exactly the easiest thing to bring up." I shrug
"What do you mean, hey Maggie so I know it's kinda awkward we kissed but I like you, you like me let's just date." Freya says and I shake my head
"I'll take Maggie's side, it's probably not awkward as much as it is confusing. If you both like eachother, you kissed, but you're not dating it's confusing or complicated." Leo says and I nod
Just as I'm about to agree with what Leo says my phone begins to ring and as if I spoke him into resistance it's João
"Hold on guys I'm gonna go take this." I say and stand up making my way to the balcony and step out side
"Hello" I say picking up the phone
"Hey, how are you doing?" He asks
I'm good how about you?" I ask
"I'm good, I just got back to Spain so I'm finally home." He says
"It's a great feeling isn't it?" I chuckle
"It is, but I'm sure you guessed that not what I'm calling about." He says
"I did guess that, yes." I say
"Do you have any regrets?" He asks
"Absolutely none." I begin and sit down in the chair
"Look, I like you. You're a great guy and from what I see, you like genuinely care. So if you're willing to give us a chance so am I" I spit out and hold my breath waiting for a response
