"Good morning to you Adelaide" I smile walking into the office and stopping at her desk
"Good morning, your awfully smiley this morning." She says and I nod
"I had a lovely weekend, and I'm going to have an even better one this weekend." I say and she smiles
"Well good, your schedule for the day is interviewing assistants, one is waiting on you now and throughout the day you'll see plenty.you get an hour break at lunch though " She says
"Okay great, do you know the exact number of people I'll be seeing?" I ask
"Maybe 50, I don't know something like that. People really want this job." She laughs
"Oh man, now I'm going to feel bad." I say and she shakes her head
"Don't, if they don't get this job they will just apply to work in communications. Anyway this is the folder you'll need to hire the person. It's got contracts and all that stuff. I doubt you'll need it today unless you make a hire today, but it just has all the agreements and stuff to get them into the system." She says handing me the folder as I nod
"Alright, I guess I'll see you at lunch." I say and she nods
"Oh Maggie you have 10 minute time slots for interviews and I'll just be buzzing people up to you." She says and I nod
"Thanks!" I call out as I get in the elevator
As I get off and begin walking I stop to poke my head into Freya and Paul's office, but obviously I knock first.
"Come in!" I hear faintly from the other side of the door
"Good morning Maggie" Freya says as I smile but the smile fades as I see Charles and Alex standing at Paul's desk on the other side of the room.
"Good morning, to everyone." I say and walk over to Freyas desk and lean over closer to her so I could whisper
"What the heck, why is she here?" I whisper and she shrugs
"I didn't want to let her in, Paul wanted to be nice. They are sorting through contracts and stuff. I don't know." She says as I stand up
"So what's your agenda?" She asks me
"Interviews, all day. I get a break at 12 then I go back until like 4 or 5 it's whenever I get done." I say and she nods
"Interviews for what?" She asks
"Assistants, I don't know why I need one now though. This job is easy, if anyone should be getting assistants it should be the department managers." I say and she laughs
"Yeah because god forbid Paul do work for longer than 20 minutes." I she says
"I heard that" he calls out as I look up and meet Alexandra's glare
"Well, I should be on my way. One is waiting for me and I've cut her window very short by now." I say to Freya as she stands up and gives me a hug
"Text when you get on break, we go eat." She says and I nod
"Bye Paul, I hope your work utterly destroys you today." I call out and he shows me the middle finger
I wave and walk out and walk back to my office when I hear their office door close again.

"Look I really don't care about whatever you have to say to feed your ego. I have my own boyfriend and I don't want yours so keep him and just let me live." I say
