THE NINE TEENS all sit around, getting ready for an inter-dimensional war.
Erica and Lucas together; Nancy and Max; Robin and Steve; and lastly, Eddie; Dustin; and Libby. Libby was there because Dustin was struggling with his weapons, and Eddie was no help, so Dustin surprisingly asked Libby.
Dustin was aggressively hammering the nails in his shield. "Jeez, Dustin, not so hard." Libby took the hammer from Dustin.
Eddie stands up, all finished. "How's she feeling?" Dustin asks. Libby made a face, re-thinking her choices.
"Light. But durable. Deadly...but reliable." Eddie smiles with his weapon in hand. "Hear me now. There will be no more retreating."
Libby frowns, her eye brows looking back over to Robin and Steve. They were making molotavs. She sighs and goes back to hammering.
"From Eddie the Banished." Eddie ends.
"Hey, you're really ready for bat-tle." Dustin grabs his weapon.
"Uh, Dustin..." Libby throws her hands up, now feeling out of place, as the two boys start trying to knock one another over. "Boys..." She rolls her eyes.
Eddie must have seen her discomfort and decided to make her even more uncomfortable. "Care to dance, Wheeler?" He puts his hand out.
"What?" Libby scoffed. He just made a face, and like a gust of wind, Libby grabbed Eddie's hand and stood up.
Dustin jumped up and down as Eddie spinned Libby around. He let one of her hands go, making her spin out, then back in. Libby was laughing, really laughing. She was happy. They both keep dancing and goofing around.
