Y/N P.O.V.:

"Number one. . .stop slapping me", I said, the effects of her slap still taking a toll on me. I was a super powerful radiant, and yet her slaps were abnormally effective.

"Number two. . .I will explain everything to you, and you will not talk until I've finished", I said looking at her from my bed.

"Understood?", I asked for her acknowledgment.

She nodded, she still seemed to be in shock from everything.

I guess the best thing to do was to keep it short and simple, and start from the beginning.

"When I left, I went to the only place I had left, which was home. I've been there for the past month up until your father came to me asking for help. He said that Kingdom had framed the Protocol, and had captured some, and was hunting the few who remained. I was all that was left, and that he needed me to help him break you out. He gave me my sword back, and told me that it no longer would be a hinderance to my abilities, so using them to the extent that they can is my choice, though I have found no need to do that yet. When I broke you guys out, I returned to him, and he asked me to watch over you personally, not only because you are his daughter, but because you have the most potential to lose control and either kill other people, or kill yourself. I initially rejected his request, but after a little bit, I accepted, and have been watching you for the last two weeks, waiting until you actually needed my help", I said.

There, that was the whole story, I only included what I felt was necessary, and nothing more. I looked back at her.

"I'm finished", I ended.

She didn't immediately say anything, I'm sure there was a lot running through her mind that she wanted to ask or have an explanation to or something or other.

"I'm sure you have a lot of questions, you don't have to ask them all at once", I said, standing back up, feeling a little bit more recovered after my long explanation.

"I-I . . .", she stuttered. She was struggling, I guess I could make things easier.

"We could talk about two things right now. We can talk about what we need to do about Kingdom, Omega, and everything else. . .", I started.

"Or we can talk about the day I left", I finished. It was the only two things that she could possibly be thinking about right now.

She stayed silent for awhile, not looking me in the eyes, I have a feeling I know which one she will choose.

"I-I, I'm sorry", she said quietly, almost inaudible, but I could hear it.

I realized that despite how much I tried to ignore it, this conversation would hurt me as much as it would her. I tried to ignore, and maybe I was even distracted, that I forgot how much it still hurt.

"Why? Why did you do it", I said, my tone somber and still.

"I was scared", she said.

I didn't quite understand, so I stood there and waited for her to continue.

"We found out after we returned from Manila, and I wasn't supposed to know, I just so happened to get pulled into the conversation. My dad said that your sword was limiting you to such a degree, that in theory your powers were well beyond anything we'd ever seen. It was possible that you wouldn't be able to control this power, that it would consume you, and because of that, Brimstone decided to keep it a secret", her voice was cracking through her explanation, so I knew she wasn't lying, if she was getting this upset over it, than it was the hard truth.
