It's been three weeks since I proposed to Elowyn. The news of my proposal hit the tabloids pretty quickly and every hour, a new article was uploaded. There's been speculation of an affair between Elowyn and I, but they have no proof, other than a couple of pictures of us in public that were taken years ago. Every time either of us leave the apartment, together or alone, we're bombarded by paparazzi that always yell questions at us. We don't answer their questions and try our best to carry on with our day as if they weren't there.

We closed the deal on our house a week ago and we've been shopping for furniture ever since. Elowyn's mostly taken charge of that. She decides what to buy and where it'll go and I try to help. I've never really been interested in furnishing or decorating a home, but Elowyn seems to really enjoy it.

There's a small moving crew in our apartment, moving out the furniture and boxes that were shipped back from England. Of course we're going to leave a few things for Addie, but I'm sure she's going to want brand new furniture anyway.

Elowyn is wearing a pair of flared pants, a white turtle neck and an old sweatshirt of mine. Her hair is pulled into a slicked back bun, a few strands of hair at the front left out, framing her beautiful face. She looks so pretty and I've definitely told her more than once. Ever since finding out she was pregnant, I look at her differently. She's carrying our baby. In my eyes, that makes her even more beautiful. It's been confirmed by a doctor that she's only five weeks pregnant. We haven't told anyone yet and Elowyn's terrified that she'll lose this baby too. I've tried to tell her that nothing will happen and this pregnancy will run smoothly, but she won't listen. I'm just as scared as she is. The thought of losing our baby again is terrifying, but I can't show her that. If she sees that I'm scared, it'll make her worry even more.

As I pack up what's left in my office, Elowyn sits in my desk chair and starts to read the recent pages I've written for a new book. There's a knock at the door and we look up to see Adelaide.

"Hey, sweetheart." I smile.

"Hi, Uncle Harry." She beams, "El."

I stand up and hug my niece, pressing a small kiss to her cheek before she wraps her arms around Elowyn. They talk about my proposal and Elowyn's ring as I continue to pack up my office.

"My friends are so jealous that I'm going to have this apartment." Addie laughs.

Elowyn and I smile at her words.

"Well, I'm happy I could play a part in making your friends jealous."

Elowyn shakes her head with a small laugh, rolling her eyes as a hand rests on her stomach subconsciously.

"I really don't know how to thank you, Uncle Harry." Addie sighs.

"Addie, sweetheart, you don't have to thank me. I'm more than happy to give you the apartment, darling. I'm sure it's going to be better than living on campus anyway, besides, Elowyn and I will only be an hour away."
