I feel his strong arms still tightly around me, but I just don't feel the spark of the butterflies in my stomach tingling anymore. It's been years, we were childhoods "Perfect couple". At least we grew up in a supportive neighborhood, but I think i'm done with this experience of mine. It was fun, but the ignition is flatlined.
I throw in the last bag, igniting the car quickly, and driving out towards the sun. The neighborhoods in for it now, alright.
