As I continued to treat Phayu's wounds, an uncomfortable silence settled between us. The atmosphere grew heavier with unspoken tension, my mind struggling with conflicting emotions.
Why did his words affect me so much?
While cleaning the wounds, my fingers inadvertently brushed against Phayu's skin. He flinched slightly, a subtle reaction that didn't escape my notice.
I finished cleaning the wounds in silence, the air thick with unspoken words. As I gathered the used materials, Phayu's voice broke the stillness.
"That should be enough. You can leave now," he uttered, his gaze fixed elsewhere.
"Sure," I replied, trying to mask the unease in my voice. I left Phayu's room, leaving behind the tension that lingered like an invisible thread.
Returning to my room, I found myself wrestling with conflicting emotions. Phayu's words echoed in my mind, and a sense of frustration mingled with disappointment took root.
Why does he have to be so cold?" I questioned, a hint of hurt seeping into my thoughts. Confusion clouded my mind as I went through the complex web of emotions.
"Fucking Bastard, always reply me coldly, but how nicely talk to his guard"
"Ahhggghhh"
"But I totally forget why I went to his room; now I am not gonna ask for his help. I can do it myself, huhhh."

I entered Saifah's room to check on him; he is sleeping peacefully. But it's almost time for dinner, and he has to take his medicines.
I gently wake him up, running my fingers through his hair.
"Saifah.."
Slowly, he opened his eyes and looked at me with a little smile.
"How are you feeling?" I asked him, checking on him.
"Now great, as you are here with me," he said in a flirting way.
"Oh God, still flirting with me in this condition," I lightly hit his arm.
"Can't I flirt with my boyfriend, umm?" He pouted a little while asking me.
"Uhmmm.. Uhmmm..." We heard someone's voice and turned around to see Phayu standing there.
"Oh Phayu, come na," Saifah invited him inside the room; I rolled my eyes looking at him. I still haven't forgotten how he behaved with me.
Soon, a maid with food came behind him.
"I came with dinner for you, as you are injured and can't come," Phayu said, maids arranging food for Saifah.
"Give it to me; I will feed him," I took the plate from the maid.
Phayu's pov:
"Give it to me; I will feed him," I heard Rain saying. I gritted my teeth listening to that.
I sat on the sofa and saw Rain lovingly feeding Saifah, laughing in between, cleaning his mouth.
Something was paining deep inside my heart looking at that; I can't bear it anymore.
"I want to take a bath," all my senses became alert when I heard Saifah saying.
"But you can't take it as you are injured," I said soon.
"I know; I need someone's help. Rain, can you help me?" I feel like I will burst out any moment listening to that.
"Sure," Rain said, making me feel like someone has put a big stone on my chest, and I can't breathe.
