CHAPTER 35

Cherry took a step back, her confident smile faltering as she met Rain's intense gaze. "Your man?" she scoffed, trying to regain her composure.

Since when did he become your man?" Cherry asked, but Rain didn't answer. Instead, he moved closer to Phayu with a smirk. "Want to know?" he teased, looking at Phayu with a smile. Phayu melted at Rain's smile, securing his arm around Rain's waist.

" Can I get a kiss?" Rain asked. Phayu understood what rain is trying to do, he leaned in and lightly pecked Rain's lips. When Cherry saw that, she fumed in anger. She grabbed Rain's wrist tightly and pulled him away from Phayu.

Seeing Cherry hurting rain made phayu so furious. He wanted to grab Cherry's neck and squeeze it until she gasped for air. But as he was about to act, Rain's eyes stopped him. Phayu stopped immediately and clenched his fist so hard that his nails dug into his flesh, almost drawing blood.

"What are you doing?? What's going on, Phayu? Why did you kiss this... this...bitch?" Cherry raged. "You love me, Phayu! Why would you let this... this slut get close to you?"

Cherry clung to Phayu's shirt, her fist tightening. At first, Rain enjoyed seeing Cherry distressed. But when Cherry insulted him and clung to Phayu, Rain lost it, he grabbed Cherry's wrist, spun her around, and slapped her hard. The sound echoed in the room.

The room fell silent, the echo of the slap still hanging in the air. Cherry's cheek turned red from the force of Rain's slap, her eyes wide with shock and disbelief. She stumbled back, her hand on her cheek, looking between Rain and Phayu.

"Don't you dare insult me, understand and stop clinging to my man otherwise this time it won't be a slap only?" Rain warned Cherry. She looked at Phayu with tears in her eyes, she wanted to hit rain back but she held herself back and tried to gain sympathy, "He slapped me...he..he is threatening me phayu, and you are not saying anything to him?"

Phayu glanced at her and then turned away, shocking Cherry. Enraged, Cherry tried to slap Rain, but he caught her both hands.

"What have you done to my Phayu?" Cherry screamed. "What spell did you put on him this time? I'll kill you!" She struggled to free herself from Rain's grip and pushed him hard enough to almost make him lose his balance. But Phayu caught him just in time.

Cherry saw how phayu came to help rain, her anger rises even more, she made another move but When she tried to attack Rain again, Phayu grabbed her wrist, gripping it so tightly it seemed he might break it. His voice turned cold and dangerous as he warned,

"Don't you dare raise your hand at him again. Just because I'm controlling myself doesn't mean I'm a very patient person. I could tear you apart right here and feed your body to my fishes, If you try to hurt my boyfriend again."

Cherry was shocked by the way Phayu spoke to her. This was the second time he'd addressed her so harshly; the first was when she'd first met rain and again it's because of him. But what stunned her even more was Phayu's use of the word "boyfriend."

"Boyfriend?" she stammered, turning to Rain. He nodded with a smirk. Cherry shouted, "No! No!!! This can't be possible! How could he be your boyfriend? Your boyfriend was Saifah! How did he become your boyfriend?" She then turned to Phayu, saying, "We loved each other, right? You're mine! How can you be someone else's boyfriend? We were supposed to get married, right?? Then how could you do this to me! No!! No!! I won't let that happen!"

Cherry then lunged at Rain, but before she could do anything phayu pushed her hard, causing her to fall to the floor. She began crying hysterically , hitting the floor, and cursing rain as if she was losing her mind, "You bitch! What have you done to him? How did you steal him from me, I will kill you, I will not let you live peacefully just wait and watch?"
