Why every road led to you??
Even those I took to forget you.
Phayu was driving aimlessly on the road, his mind raced with thoughts of rain. He was feeling guilty and confused about how he could let his emotion take control of his mind and body. He was never like this before, he always has control on himself, but he always loose his control when rain is with him, it's not the first time that it happened. It happened in the past as well.Phayu parked his car near the cliff and rested his head against the steering wheel. His heart was pounding loudly, echoing the chaos inside him.
He knew he needed to sort things out, but he felt lost and unsure of what to do. With a frustrated shout, he punched the steering wheel, his emotions boiling over.
He then stepped out of the car and stood at the edge of the cliff, looking at the city lights twinkling in the distance. Despite the beauty around him, his own inner turmoil overshadowed everything.
As he stood there, the wind whipped through his hair, providing a distraction from his overthinking. Phayu closed his eyes, trying to find some peace in the chaos of his emotions.
Phayu sighed heavily and opened his eyes, looking out at the city lights below. Even with all the hustle and bustle down there, he felt completely alone, trying to figure out how to deal with his mixed-up feelings.
How could he love Rain so much but still stay loyal to his brother?
His heart was feeling so heavy as if someone has put a weight on it. Closing his eyes, he tried to push away memories of his time with Rain, but they kept coming back, making him feel even more troubled. He remembered his few moments of happiness he shared with Rain, and a sad smile touched his lips.
The cold wind brushed against his face, making him feel a little better. Phayu ran his fingers through his hair, thinking about the choices he made and the mess he was in.
In frustration, he let out a loud scream, hoping to release some of the tension building up inside him. But even as he shouted, he knew his problems wouldn't just go away.
Leaning against the car hood, he looked out at the city below, searching for answers in the darkness of the night.
For a moment, he thinks, how would it feel if he jumped off from here? Would it solve everything? His heart wouldn't be paining anymore, right? Would he be at peace? He wouldn't come between Saifah and Rain, right? They would be happy together!! Saifah would be happy!!
Phayu took steps, moving closer to the edge of the cliff, thinking all the what-ifs. He stood at the end, looking into the depth of the ravine. If he jumped off from here, surely he would die, and then everything would be solved. He moved his left leg forward off the cliff, hanging in the air. Just one move and everything would be okay.
Just one!!!
Just one!!!
He clenched his fists at his sides, taking deep breaths.
Just one step, Phayu, everyone will be happy then!!!!
He won't come in between anyone!!
He won't do something as forbidden as loving rain!!
His inner voice was screaming at him for taking just a more step ahead to end all the ache in his heart!!
Just one step!!
Then memories of rain race through his mind and each one like a dagger piercing in his already shattered heart.
His inner voice was again telling him to jump!! Just one step and he won't be the thorn in rain and saifah's blossoming love.
