Chapter 13

No One's POV:

As the teens stayed in each other's embrace, the silence of the river just made every sound , like a melody for them. Finally, both have confessed to each other now that nothing could ruin the moment.

Luka: How cute (he said with a mockin yet in a  disgusting tone)

Or so they thought.

As Marinette and Adrien turned around, they saw a very disgusted Luka looking at them like they had just committed a crime of some sort.

Marinette: L-Luka, what are you doing here?

Luka: Following you of course, how can you confess your feelings for this-this rich spoil brat, who just appeared out of nowhere while I'm in love with you and you don't even bother to turn and look at me?

Adrien: Maybe because a certain idiot tried to over exceed its limits into forcing her to return his feelings when all she felt was friendship towards too? Oh wait, isn't that what you did? (He asked mockinly)

Luka: Listen well Agreste, the only reason she has feelings towards you is because you probably enchanted her with telling her sweets things and earning her parents approval to be close to her, but I will catch you and when you slip ill be here waiting to make Marinette my girlfriend.

Adrien:Dream on blue head, after what you did, I'll be sure you don't touch one hair from my girlfriend's head or so help me God I will make you earn a free ticket to the hospital and you'll have to eat soup from a straw for weeks(he warned threatening)

Marinette just stood there while hugged by Adrien. She slightly blushed at his words, "His girlfriend," those two words made her have thousands of butterflies in her stomach.
But at the same time, she was confused they didn't talk about this.. They had just confessed. Was he truly so in love with her?

Adrien: Now do us a favor and get lost, Marinette and I had a wonderful time until you showed up.

With that, Luka left muttering, cursing words under his breath, and swore he would have Marinette for him and him alone.

Adrien quickly looked at Marinette with a worried expression.

Adrien: Princess, are you ok?

Marinette just stood there in his arms but lifted her gaze to just be mesmerized by the beautiful emerald green.

Marinette: Yes, I'm alright, I can't believe he still thinks he has a chance when I'm in love with you.

Adrien smiled softly as he ran his hand on her cheek and leaned in to kiss her again after some days.
As Marinette noticed he was going to kiss her, she blushed slightly and closed her eyes. As their lips touched, nothing else mattered they had each other, and that was more than enough at that moment.
When both teens separated, all they had was a smile never leaving their faces.

Marinette: A-Adrien d-did, you really mean what you told Luka?

Adrien: Yes, I meant every single word, you are very special for me. Why?

Marinette: B-because you told him that I'm y-your g-girlfriend..

Adrien: Oh, um, I-I thought you'd be ok, but if you don't want, we can jus-

Marinette: N-n-no is not that I do want I-I was just caught in the moment.

Adrien: I guess I would have, too, so..

He gets down on one knee and holds her right hand as he asks.

Adrien: Would you like to be my girlfriend?

Marinette just giggled and nodded, saying yes.

Marinette: Now, we can tell the good news to my parents (she said teasing)

Adrien quickly widden his eyes a little and played with his fingers.

Adrien: Um, do we have to? What if your dad doesn't approve me?

Marinette: I thought you weren't scared of anything besides losing me...

Adrien: I also asked if your dad was an option.

Marinette and Adrien just laughed, enjoying eachothers company all the way to her house.
Suddenly Marinette felt her hand shake when she looked down she saw Adrien's hands shaking slightly when she looked onto his eyes she saw panic and nervousness all over his face.

Marinette: Relax, everything will be fine.

Adrien just gulped as he slowly nodded.

Sabine: Oh Marinette Adrien wel-

She stops talking when she sees us both hand in hand, and she smiles while looking at us.

Sabine:You two are?

Marinette nodded while Adrien blushed and slowly nodded.

Sabine: Aw, I knew this was happening. Have you told your dad?

Marinette: No, not yet.. I was thinking of telling both of you, but Adrien is...

Sabine: Nervous? No need to tell me. His face says it all.

Marinette: I've been telling him that it will be ok, but he still..well like this.

Tom:What going on here?

Adrien quickly turns from nervous to a freak out die mode. If he were to die today, he would die happy. At least he had the girl he loved by his side.

Marinette: Oh hey, Papa, we were wondering if we could talk to you too.

Tom just raised a brow and looked at the couple as the poor boy just felt his stare.

Sabine:Tom Marinette and Adrien have something to tell you. They were going to tell us, but I appeared first.

Tom:Ok, what is it?

Marinette: W-well papa, Adrien and I-

Adrien: I asked your daughter to be my girlfriend!
(He blurted out to later cover his mouth)

Tom just stared at the teens. He then turned to Adrien, looking him dead in the eyes.

Tom: (with a strict tone), and when did you ask for my permission? Because without it, I will not allow my daughter to date you or anyone, and besides when have you taken her out exactly? 

Marinette: D-dad... (she quickly understood it was just a prank he was doing as she saw him slightly smirk, poor Adrien, she thought)

Adrien was just sitting there not knowing how to answer. Dang, he was dying today for sure.
As Tom saw that the poor kid paralyzed without knowing what to answer, he just laughed.

Tom: I'm kidding, but I will say that if you break my little daughter's heart you will have to deal with me you hear?

Adrien just nodded and felt relieved her father approved their relationship. Now, anything wouldn't go wrong would it?
