At that exact moment, Adrien knew the meaning of
*You don't know what you have until you lose it.*
He wanted to believe that this was a dream, that he would wake up and appear at his house, but sadly, that wasn't the case. As he saw the look in her facial expression, he knew this was happening for real. As he tried to figure out what to say, the doctor approached them.

Doctor:  Well, everything seems good. You will be discharged in a couple of days after we make sure you are alright. The other good news is that the baby is safe and healthy.

Adrien and Marinette:  B…baby?

Adrien: S…she's pregnant?

Doctor: That's correct she's one month pregnant

Marinette: Doctor, you're wrong. I'm not pregnant. I don't even have a boyfriend.

Doctor: Um, well…

Adrien:  It…It's ok, Doctor. I'll …I'll talk to her.

Doctor : Ok, I'll give you two some space. If anything, press that button, and I'll be here.

Adrien: Ok, thank you, Doctor.

After the doctor left, he sat down, thinking how he would break it to her . He then remembered the ultrasound outside of his office and took it off his pocket.
Behind it, there was a note written.

* I'll see you very soon, dad*

Adrien just sighed he should have known. Why was he so blind. As he questioned himself in this head, Marinette spoke.

Marinette: So, who are you? And how do you know me? Where is Luka? Does he know I'm here?

Adrien's heart broke, hearing her ask for that guy made his blood boil, but he managed to calm himself down, reminding himself that she had lost her memories.

Adrien: I am Adrien Agreste. My father is Gabriel Agreste, the fashion designer. Look, this will be hard for you to believe, but I met you back in high school.  When you were 17th years old.
And about Luka, he…he isn't here he's …

Luka:Marinette!  Are you alright? I just heard what happened.

He said as he rushed in the room

Adrien: What the fuck are you doing here, you perfectly know that you aren't allowed to be close to her after you…

Marinette: what are you two talking about?

Adrien: N…nothing we-

Luka:He was just telling me how you are.

Adrien: (whispered)  Don't you even dare!

Luka just smirks

Marinette: Adrien leave so I can talk with him alone

Adrien: Actually I can't you see we-

Marinette: I wasn't asking you, I need you too leave.

Luka:You heard her.

As Adrien looked at her he saw the same look she had when he meet it her. Cold and distant.

Adrien: I uh, sure I'll be outside.

With that he got out of the room and leave them alone. As soon as he stepped out he saw his family and friends waiting and he just broke down.

Sabine:What happened honey? I saw that Luka got in there.
