"I'm your mama."

Sue's world turned upside down. Leni's voice is echoing in her head. Her vision was blurry and her hearing felt distorted. She didn't know if she's imagining things or what.

"Sue?"

She was taken back to reality after hearing Leni. She saw Leni, Bongbong, Aika, and Sandro looking at her with worry.

"Okay ka lang ba?" Leni asked.

Sue started to laugh. They were all curious why.

"Joke joke po ba 'to? Kasi kung prank lang po 'to, huli ko na kayo! Kaloka kayo!" Sue was laughing hysterically. She's even wiping her tears with her hankie.

But their faces were damn serious.

And it slowly sunk into her system. Her mouth slightly opened up, and her eyes bulged.

"I am— I— your— I am the President and the former VP's daughter?" Sue stammered.

Bongbong and Leni nodded.

"OH MY GOD!" Sue exclaimed.

"What?" Bongbong asked.

"You— Oh shocks! You two had sex?!" Sue felt like hyperventilating.

Leni bit her lower lip. She can feel her cheeks burning. She can feel Bongbong's stares. Oh ghad!

"That, uh, that's how usually things go." Bongbong said in the most awkward way.

Sue stared at Bongbong. Then, stared at Leni. "Oh. My—"

"Don't say it." Aika cut Sue off. "Please. Don't try to imagine it."

"Ay" Sue clasped her both hands to her mouth. She cannot help but to imagine it. She's the worst.

Leni cleared her throat, "Anyway, um, alam kong marami kang tanong—"

"Marami nga po." Sue cut her off. "Pero pwede po bang umuwi na muna ako?"

Bongbong and Leni looked at each other. That was unexpected.

"Please po? Iuwi nyo na po muna ako. Gusto ko po mag-isip muna. Gusto ko po magising." Sue was begging.

Leni nodded.

Bongbong saw how heart broken Leni was. It shattered him as well. "Yeah. Yeah sure. Carrie will take you home. Na-meet mo na sya kanina, sya yung sumundo sayo sa store."

Sue nodded. It made sense to her now why Carrie assured her of her loyalty. Carrie knew. "Opo."

"From this day, Carrie will be your personal assistant. Kahit anong kailangan mo sabihin mo lang sa kanya. Just give her a call or message her nalang." Bongbong explained. "Sya ang palaging sasama sa'yo plus three security —"

"Security?!" Sue was alarmed. Why would she get security?

Bongbong nodded. "You're my daughter. Protocol na may kasama kang security palagi. Yung mga kasama ni Carrie na sumundo sayo kanina, sila din yung security na magbabantay sayo."

Sue began to worry for herself. Her life is starting is turn up side down.

"Look, anak, I know this is hard for you, I know this is crazy but you're my daughter. You're the only daughter I have. Ikaw ang bunso namin ng mama mo, and I will do everything and anything just to protect you." Bongbong assured her.

"Minsan ka ng nawala saamin, anak, kaya sana maintindihan mo na gusto lang namin na maging safe ka. Ayaw ka na namin mawala ulit." Leni said.

Sue just nodded. She stood up and walked absentmindedly, but before she walked out that door, she suddenly felt warmth. She then realized that Leni was hugging her. She didn't know why or how but that simple hug made her at ease.
