Jake was all I could think about all day. How max through his already limp body to the ground and kicking him multiple times. As soon as the bell rang I ran out of the classroom, ran to my locker got my stuff and skateboarded to the hospital. When I got there I ran to the front desk. "Hi I'm here to see Jake Balaro" I say to the lady "room 13D" she tells me and goes back to typing away at her computer. I ran down the long narrow hallways of the hospital until I found the room. I quietly opened the door. "Jake" I whisper. I see a smile appear on his face when he sees me. "Jade" he croaks out. "Why did he do this to you?" I ask siting on the edge of the hospital bed. "Well lets just say when Max Turner asks you to do something you do it" he says with his smile fading. "So when are you getting out of here?" I ask. "Tomorrow if I have enough strength" he says "well that's good" I say trying to cheer him up. "Miss you have to leave visiting hours are over" the lady from the front desk tells me "ok. I'll see you tomorrow okay" I tell Jake. He nods and I leave the room.
