After the incident with Max, I rushed to first period dreading the 45mins I have to spend sitting next to him. I walked in and saw Max doodling in his notebook. I walk to the desk and sit in my seat. When I sat down he slammed the notebook shut and looked the other way. "Max the project is due next week we should start it" I say to him. He just nods his head and starts to fiddle with his hands. "He nods his head again and doesn't say anything. I let out a sigh and started the do now that was on the board. After first period I went to Marisa's locker. "Hey" I say "hey Jade what's up?" She asks with a smile. "I have to da a stupid project after school with Max" I say and lean my back against the lockers. "That stinks so to cheer you up I'm taking you out to ice cream after Max leaves" she says smiling big. "Fine but your paying" I say "oh jade. Cheep, cheep Jade" she says trying to hold in her laughter. "I have to go to class see ya later" I say and push myself off the locker "ok. Sit next to me at lunch" she says as I walk away to my next class.
