Chapter 19: Fish?

"Daniel don't you dare throw up in my baby!" I yelled as I came to a screeching stop in the parking space
Daniel nodded and then made another gagging noise before I reached over his side and unbuckled his seat belt and then opened his door so he could climb out, He hunched over and rolled out the car not before hurling all over the floor

I let out a sigh of relief before remembering to worry about Daniel and patted his back
I'm not sure what that does but people in movies do it-

Once he was done spilling his contents out of his stomach he stood up and rested his head on my car door "Remind to never get in a car with you....you......you lunat-" He said before turning around and throwing up again

I feel bad for whoever has to see that...
I then got out and closed the car door before coming over to his side and pulling him away from the gross mess
I locked my car and then guided him slowly towards the inside of a Chinese restaurant where he stumbled inside causing unwanted attention towards us

I only ignored the stares and whispers as I sat Daniel down in a circle booth and made him rest against the table
My phone then rang, i Took it out of my back pocket to see Elias ringing me " Blair where are you?" He said slightly rushed

"Umm inside a Chinese restaurant called Bok bok" I said reading the words from the sign stuck to the window
"Okay stay there we're coming" he said in a rushed tone and hung up before I could reply

Weird I thought to myself

I looked at Daniel to see him taking deep breaths and resting against the table
Looks like I have to wait a while until he feels better
"Do you wanna go home or wait?" I asked rubbing his back up and down trying to comfort him not that I knew how
"No.....just give me five minutes " he said sighing

I nodded silently feeling a bit guilty for speeding
Just then the door opened and the rest of the Armani brothers came in looking around until they spotted us and walked in my direction
"Don't you guys think it's a little to early for Chinese?" Anthony said giving me a weird look
I only rolled my eyes and realized Elias wasn't here

"Wheres Elias?" I ask looking straight at Zander

"Oh he said he was going to check something out and would meet us later " Zander said looking like he wasn't really listening at the time

Rolling my eyes at the boys I stood up and looked towards Anthony "look I gotta go get some supplies for my car and a backpack for school do you wanna come with and check out the skateboards you mentioned?"

Anthony nodded and looked towards Zander and Silas "you guys good staying here with Daniel?" They both nodded taking a seat

We both then exited the restaurant and started looking around for any store that would have what we were looking for

*1 hour later*
So far I got a window breaker,an alert safety system and a dashboard camera as well as red seat coverings and a wheel cover with carpets to match

Anthony mentioned I could get a pretty cool backpack at the skating shop so we headed that way
"Do you skate?" He asked as he opened the door to the shop letting me enter first

"I use too....I haven't in years". I said looking around all the customized skateboards as memories filled my mind with nostalgia
" I remember going to the skate park every weekend with friends..." I said running my finger along the wheels for sale

"Why don't you anymore?" Anthony asked checking out a red and white checkered long board
"...I guess after the accident I forgot how too. My brain couldn't remember the same steps I used to take and the confidence I had while getting on one" I said smiling sadly

".....accident?" He said looking at me with a confused look
"Umm I was in a car accident when I was a kid left me forgetting half of the things I did all my childhood like skating...or....recognizing my own damn mother" I said the last part with coldness

I could see Anthony giving me a glance of pity
"Anyways you gonna get that one?" I asked changing the topic

He nodded and grabbed it from the shelf before walking over to the cashier
Just as we were walking over, a backpack caught my eye
It was a beautiful red rose color with mini white roses scattered all over the back
It looked spacious too so I went over and took it off the shelf and then passed it to the man behind the counter

"That'll be 150 " he said as he bagged both items
I took my credit card out and gave it to the man before Anthony could take out his wallet
"No no I'll pay for the skateboard!" He said looking caught off guard
I only waved him off "it's fine then we would have to do two separate transactions and that would take a while" I replied as the man gave me my card back with a receipt

Anthony only smiled and thanked me before grabbing the bags
We made our way over to the Chinese restaurant where everyone was waiting snd I spotted Elias sitting right next to Daniel laughing about something

As we entered the restaurant and approached them i noticed a new face at the table

"Hey guys...oh hey Erica I uh didn't know you were coming" Anthony said as he put the bags down and took a seat next to Zander

"Yea I called Elias to come pick me up! It's been ages since I've seen all of you" the lady said
She looked to be around her 20's with long brown hair and hazel dark eyes
She was pretty but not the kind of pretty you'd look at twice for

She set her gaze on me before flashing a smile with her pearly whites and waving "Hi! I'm Érica! Elias's girlfriend. You must be Blair" she said talking loudly

Duh bitch who else am I gonna be

I rolled my eyes in front of her on purpose and took a seat down ignoring her

"Oh umm " she said quietly but everyone still heard her

"Don't waste your breath Érica she's a tough one..." Elias said trying to make her feel better

"How'd you get here?" Anthony asked
"Oh your brother came to pick me up because I was still at work and my car broke down so he called the towing company and hopefully they'll have it fixed by next week " she said laughing nervously

ehehehe sounds fucking annoying I rolled my eyes and sighed loudly while taking a sip of coffee that Elias ordered for me while I was gone

"Blair do you have something to say?" Elias said
I looked over noticing everyone watching me

"Yes...it smells like fish, I hate fish " I said taking a sip of my coffee
"Oh they must be making sushi" Erica replied
"No....it's coming from this table and I'm not the one wearing a skirt" I said standing up and flashing her a fake smile

Her face immediately turned red as I walked out the door
I heard Zander and Anthony bursting out in laughter before getting up and following me out the door

She looks....familiar...but then again so does everyone
