As Sam escorted Cece directly to James' cabin, a mix of anxiety and anticipation hung in the air. James greeted them warmly, inviting them to take a seat. "I've been waiting for you both," he said with a smile.

Sam, gesturing for Cece to sit, could sense her apprehension. The atmosphere in the cabin felt charged with the weight of the impending check-up. "Let's start our check-up," James began, his professional demeanor underscoring the seriousness of the appointment.

"I took your weight yesterday. I'll check it again today. But I want to be clear – before our next meeting, I want you to gain some weight," James asserted, a firmness in his voice. Cece, practically scared by then, voiced her concern, "I don't want to go obese."

James, maintaining his seriousness, responded, "I'll ask Sam to help with that. Gaining weight is crucial. Drink plenty of water, focus on nutritious food, and avoid junk."

Sam, interjecting with humor, laughed, "Oh, that's the worst thing you could have said. Ma'am can't survive without junk!"

James, with a playful wink, remarked, "Then, Sam, you know what to do to handle. Now, prepare her. I'll wait outside." With that, James left the room, leaving Sam and Cece to navigate the unfamiliar territory.

Cece, still trying to process James' instructions, looked back at Sam for reassurance. Sam, understanding her confusion, gently encouraged, "Come on, take off your jeans, baby."

Cece, feeling a wave of shyness, hesitated but retorted, "I'll do it, Sam." She began unbuttoning her jeans, and as they slid off, Sam guided her to the examination bed. Placing her legs in the stirrup, he helped her settle into the position needed for the examination.

The room, once filled with laughter, now held a different energy – a mix of vulnerability and the shared commitment to face whatever lay ahead. Sam, with utmost care, assured Cece, "It's just a part of the process, love. James is here to ensure everything goes smoothly."

"Sam, I mean why not you do the check ups. That way I will feel more comfortable. Please!" Cece tried to convince Sam.

As Sam covered Cece with a clean sheet, the atmosphere in the room shifted.

" Alright ! Everything for you, love but for that I want you to calm down and relax your muscle. Okay ?"

A gentle knock announced James' entrance, Sam told him that he is going to do the check up. James nodded and stood just beside Cece. As Sam put on his gloves, a sense of vulnerability settled upon Cece. Her hesitation was evident, but Sam, understanding the apprehension, spoke softly to reassure her.

"Shh, Cece. Just relax your body. You are safe here," Sam whispered, his comforting words attempting to ease the tension that lingered in the room.

Sam, adopting a calm and professional demeanor, took a seat. "I will check your vagina now. No need to tense up; just relax your muscles," he explained, his intention clear – to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Cece, trying to comply, felt a mix of discomfort and vulnerability. The room, though clinical, echoed with her hesitant breaths. As Sam proceeded with the examination, checking Cece's vulva, she cried out in discomfort. Sam, quick to respond, held her gently in place placing his hand on her lower abdomen, offering both physical and emotional support.

"You're doing great, love. Just take deep breaths," Sam encouraged, his soothing words attempting to provide comfort amid the inherent discomfort of the examination.

Sam, sensitive to Cece's distress, adjusted his approach. "I understand it can be uncomfortable. We'll take it slow. You're in control here," he assured, his tone conveying both empathy and professionalism.
