Part 13

Lucy: "Tim, I love you too." Tim kisses Lucy.

Everyone: "Awww." Lucy giggles and Tim was focused on Lucy. They started talking about a case, when Tim felt something different about to Lucy. He turned to her.

Tim: "Baby, you feeling okay?" He could see she was a little pale and a bit sweaty.

Lucy: "I don't feel 100%." Tim pulled the chair out and got Lucy to sit down.

Tim: "I need to check your levels. I'm sorry but you're going to feel a little prick." Lucy loved how he always apologised for doing the test. He asked for her phone to check up on her insulin pump. She needed insulin and needed to increase her glucose levels.

Tim: "Can someone get the juice from the fridge please?" Nyla offered to go get the juice. Grey passed Tim the snacks he needed.

Tim: "Hey angel, I need you to eat this and I need to give you more insulin. I'm sorry if I hurt you."

Lucy: "Ok babe, but you don't have to always apologise. I know you won't hurt me."

Tim: "I know, but it makes me feel better." She smiles and Nyla arrives back.

Nyla: "I'm sorry Tim, I looked everywhere. I couldn't find any juice, someone must of drank it."

Tim: "I'm not mad at you, but there's a mini fridge in my office. That should have juice in there." She nodded and headed to Tim's office.

Grey: "Who the fuck would drink juice that has a name on it and was hidden?"

Angela, Tim & Lucy: "Smitty!" Just then he walked in with a glass of juice and started taking a sip.

Tim: "You drink juice Smitty?"

Smitty: "Yeah, why?"

Grey: "You only ever drink slurpees."

Smitty: "No I don't."

Angela: "You know that wasn't your juice, it even had a name on it."

Smitty: "No it didn't." Lucy was annoyed, but also wanted to have fun with this.

Lucy: "You know that juice is spiked. It has my medicine for diabetes. It can kill a person without diabetes. You're going to have a burst of energy than collapse."

Smitty: "Shit. I'm sorry, I need to go to the hospital. Arrrghhhhh." He ran around like a headless chook, he was panicking and left the building. Everyone turned their attention back to Lucy.

Angela: "I know never to take something of yours and never to get on your bad side." Lucy smiled.

Tim: "That's my badass girlfriend. I can't believe he fell for it." Everyone laughed and Nyla came back with juice. Tim was grateful and let Lucy drink her juice. Angela was filling her in on what happened and Nyla laughed.

Nyla: "Well, Lucy is truely the number 1 badass in the station."

Lucy: "Nah, you guys are. You have been here longer."

Grey: "Actually, don't hurt me ... but all of you are the most badass in this station. Everyone is scared of you guys when you are alone but when you are together everyone is terrified." The girls laughed.

Tim: "To be honest, I'm scared of you three."

Lucy: "Oh babe, I not going to do anything else you piss me off." He smiles at her. They all went to work.

6 months later, Tim and Lucy have enrolled the girls into a school around the station. Kojo went to school himself, getting training to be Abby's service dog. When he's around Lucy, he picks up when her levels are high or low. They got a dog for Jackie so she didn't feel left out. Of course Tamara moved in with them and offered to babysit the kids. Lucy has slowly gotten back on her feet, she is once again finically stable.

Everything at the station is going well. Nyla, Angela and Lucy have all worked together on their cases and have closed cases in record time. The girls have become sisters, bonding over everything and always helping the others out with the kids. They schedule regular hang outs, and the men get to babysit the kids.

Smitty is absolutely okay. He avoids Lucy at all cost, knowing how mean she is. He did get hit by a car in the mist of his panic but nothing major. But of course, still absolutely stupid.

Abby and Lucy have been well, nothing major has happened to either of them. They have been quick to act on any chances and have avoided hospital. Abby has really come out of her shell, Tim can see how much she is like her mother and sees that Jackie takes after him.

Tim has been on edge because he wants to marry Lucy. He got everyone's permission and they all made a plan to propose to her. The day has arrived for Tim to pop the question.

But in the bedroom it is wild, they never keep their hands off each other. Everyone still wonders why Lucy isn't pregnant again.

They woke up for work and Lucy threw up. They got to work and Lucy again threw up 3 more times. She had a spare pregnancy test and took it.
