The next day, they went to work and headed to Grey's office. They knocked on the door.

Grey: "Tim, Lucy, come in. How may I help you?"

Tim: "Well, it's about the wedding. We were wondering if you could have our wedding here at the station on this date?"

Grey: "Of course we can, I'm so excited. Let's announce it at roll call?" Lucy was fidgeting with her hands, Tim grabs her hands.

Tim: "Okay, thanks sir. Also, Lucy has something to ask you." Lucy was nervous and Tim reassured him.

Lucy (took a deep breathe): "I was wondering if you could walk me down the aisle at our wedding?" She was bracing herself for the news and her facial expression was clear to the guys.

Grey: "Of course Lucy, I will be honoured to walk you down the aisle. You're like a daughter to me and Tim you are like a son to me. I would love to be apart of your wedding." He walked around to the other side of his desk and pulled Lucy in for a hug. The whole station witnessed this and were confused.

Lucy: "Thank you, for everything dad." Lucy then pulls away from Grey and starts to panic.

Lucy: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that." Pulls her back to him.

Grey: "It's okay, call me whatever you're comfortable with. I love you so much and want you to be happy." They hug a bit longer before heading to roll call.

Grey announced the plans for today, then...

Grey: "I would like to call Tim and Lucy up to the front. They have an announcement." They go to the front and Tim grabs Lucy's hand.

Tim: "Okay, so you know that we are getting married. We are going to have it here at the station on the rooftop at this date. We will send invites out soon." Everyone cheered and Grey dismissed roll call. Tim and Lucy head to Tim's office when they were stopped by Nyla and Angela.

Angela: "Congrats on your wedding."

Lucy: "Could Jack walk Jackie down the aisle?"

Angela: "Of course Lucy, he will be more than happy to do it." They hug.

Nyla: "So do you guys have your outfits sorted yet?" They both shake their heads.

Lucy: "Angela, you, Tamara, Celina and Bailey are my brides maids if you're all happy with that. So we will go dress shopping and Tim will be coming with us." The girls were confused and didn't know what to say.

Tim: "It's personal reasons, and she'll be coming with me for my suit. I just need to ask the guys about being my grooms men."

They part ways and went to work.

After shift, Tim and Lucy spent the night with their girls. Tim and Lucy loved having family time, because it was just them enjoying each others company.

Time jump: Lucy is now near four months. The baby is doing well, very healthy. It's their day off and Tim has a thought to share with Lucy.
