depression is suffocating
it's like drowning in an ocean
while in slow motion
and you can't do anything but drown
deep into the bottom of the seabed
depression is suffocating
it's like quicksand that wont let you get away
the battle wins and you stay
when you do manage to find a way out
it always finds it's way back to you
depression is suffocating
It's like a dark cloud hovering over you on a sunny day
so all you do is pray,
close your eyes
and hope it will all go away soon
depression is suffocating
It's like being stuck in a nightmare
not being able to breath air
or having the ability to wake up
lasting for what seems like forever
depression is suffocating
