Part four - Staying home

Jake's POV:
telling miriam about staying home for today because i had a headache, she nods and allowed me to stay home for just one day.

"Alright. You can stay home because of your headache, I'll see you later." Miriam then leaves my doorway.

there stretching and rubbing my eyes, my hand rubbing on my hip. My eyes glance to my favorite book the prince of the knight, it was just sitting on my kitchen table.

My eyes squinted as I'm thinking about what to do also rubbing my chin with my thumb and forefinger, slowly "Hmm, read the book or lay down for my headache to get less pain?" My fingers placed on my chin as i was still thinking.

After a few seconds of thinking i shrugged then decided to do both instead, grabbed the book and sat down on my couch.

The sun was shining through my window, also the book. It was peaceful but my headache wasn't at all, feeling the pain going circles through my head making me groan a little. My expression turns to sadness, couldn't stop think about tom at all, do i really miss him or not?? Gosh! Need to snap out of this he's not gonna answer me but just ignores like anyways.

As i was still reading my minds was still picturing tom being nice to me and supportive that time, but felt guilty for believing Ellie. Wishing that we will finally talk to each other. soon. Gosh, making me think about him makes me missing him more.

Also remembering that my tylenol are in the bathroom cabins. I close my book and got up from the couch walking to the bathroom, looked through thru my reflection noticing bangs under my eyes meaning i probably was so tired last night.

Opened up my cabin then searched through it, then i finally found my tylenol. After taking some of it my headache starts to disappear, slightly smiled about not being painful but still a little pain though.

I sighed in relief "thank god." Smiled then went back to the couch just to continue reading my favorite book.

My phone rings it was Ashley calling again, picked it up and answered "hey Ashley!" I continue reading as I'm in the phone.

"Hey Jake! How you doing?" She kindly asked.

I smiled "doing alright I'm just reading a book, i stayed home today because of a bad headache."

She makes a sad face "aw, hope that pain go away."

I chuckled a little "I hope so."

Ashley nods "anyways I was just calling to check up on you, hope you feel better by tomorrow! Bye!"

"Bye!" I hang up and continue reading my book. But my mind was still going crazy about tom.
