Nobody's POV:
Tom is running with embarrassment and a little bit of anger when he saw jake standing there, he didn't even know if he had messed up or did something wrong.
Jake was running to him just to stop tom for walking away like that, he started to slow down and catch some air but he noticed how he was far away now, "Tom wait!" Jake shouted.
Tom stopped walking when he heard jake's voice, he turns to him with still anger, "what." He frowns a little.
"Why are you walking away from me? If you think i didn't like how you punch Troy in the nose you actually saved me from him." Jake crosses his arms and looked away.
Tom couldn't believe what jake had just said, he looked ashamed for walking out like that he thought he had messed up there for a second. He runs to Jake and gave him a big hug.
Jake looked surprised by this he then hugs back, after a few seconds tom let go and looked at him into his eyes "i really saved your life?" He asked.
"Yes. You definitely did." They stand there while in the rain for a minute while they were staring at each other's eyes.
Tom looked away but then looked back at him with concern "Are we still friends?" He looks away.
Jake thinks for a moment then nodded "yes, but we can be more then friends if we want?" He blushes a little.
"Definitely." Tom smiled and they leaned over, giving each other a passionate kiss.
After that day, Troy went back from jail for almost murdering Jake who was now feeling better and not having ptsd anymore tom was now spending time with him and Miriam. They were happy now that they we're both back together and not having anymore problems. Ellie also went to jail for contact killing.
