You stood there awkwardly after....that, you then turned to megumi then to sukuna then back to megumi. "....Um..I didn't?" sukuna let out a loud laugh as he put his hand on his face and chuckled. "Wow, I guess that brat didn't fall for the brightest."
"....that was rude, but what should I expect." You said with a small sigh as you turned to him then tilted your head.

"Okay.....even if itadori has a crush on me, why does that make you want to fight me though?"
Sukuna hummed softly then shrugged. "Well yeah your brother is basically better looking that you, but you intrigue me, so you could say that it's gut feeling basically."

"...." You were about to curse him if it weren't for megumi standing in front of you. "If you want her then you're going to have to get through me first."...."that was too cheesy bro." You mumbled and shrugged. Sukuna then grinned eerily and dropped his hands to the sides, "Alright then, bring it on, pretty boy."

you then took a few steps back as you watched the fight begin.
"Ouch..." You couldn't help but mumble every time megumi got brutally punched in the stomach, and from the amounts of time he spawned a shikigami. Isn't he tired?

From how bad you were feeling watching him from a distance, you thought about helping him, But you didn't exactly know how, I mean. Your technique was slightly close to his? ......" It's better that nothing..." You mumbled to yourself then began searching for the both of them as you decided on trying your best to help.

(Your technique is called 'creative vision' if you don't like it then you could think of any other names. I was thinking of 'sweet dreams' but in the end you're going to be the one picking.)

You turned around the corner to find them standing still as they glared at each other, your brother was full of wounds and scars, while sukuna obviously had no damage. You then sped up to him as you mumbled the words "invision" 

In an instant, a huge whale came out of nowhere and swallowed sukuna, You then quickly took megumi's hand and led him somewhere he could rest. "I can't have you die in a place like this megumi." You said in a serious tone as you spawned a medial kit from imagination then began treating his wounds as fast as you could.

The air was filled with loud, harsh sounds of tearing flesh, and you knew that sukuna obviously had killed your imaginary whale (you didn't even have time to name it˙◠˙)  But luckily you finished treating megumi's wounds in time, but it's not like he'd get healed that fast. You probably need to by time, itadori's going to take control again, right? that will fix everything.

You stood up to find sukuna face to face with you. "Well, well, well. guess you aren't as weak as I thought, well maybe a little." He said then shrugged, You stood there slightly dumbfounded since you didn't know if you should take that as a compliment or not coming from him.

In a second his hand almost came in contact with yours, only if it wasn't for megumi's shigikami pushing you out of the way, You let out a sigh of relief then turned back to sukuna as you got ready to attack. Megumi also quickly stood up beside you as he got in his attacking position.

"You know...I never regretted saving you, good people like you deserve saving.." You heard megumi mumbled quietly, you turned to him in confusion then turned back to sukuna to find that it was actually itadori. "Itadori!" You said in slight happiness before realizing what the problem was. tears then began filling  your eyes, your heart beats increasing as your breath got shallower. "....Can't believe I needed a curse to confess in place of me." He said with an awkward chuckle before coughing out blood.....right, you thought when itadori takes control again then everything would be okay....oh how you wished to take that back after remembering his heart literally got scooped out.

....You couldn't help but stay there in silence as tears blocked your vision. "....please don't die.." You mumbled softly as your voice couldn't help but crack in between. "At least I won't have to worry about you, megumi or nobara.....please live a long life you guys." He said before giving you a soft smile. If it weren't for this situation you would of smiled back......but you were too late to react as his body collapsed down on the ground.

You couldn't help but stare at his lifeless body with teary, but emotionless eyes "...h-....he died.." You mumbled as megumi walked up to you and pulled you into a tight hug. In any other situation you would of been shocked by his hug since he doesn't like touching people but right now you couldn't help but wrap your arms around him as you sobbed quietly into his shoulder.
