The unit were all on a case, which involved Jay and Hank in Hank's truck together, while Erin partnered with Antonio.

Hank and Jay were driving, until a drunk driver ploughed right into them.

The truck rolled onto it's side, and Hank got the worst of it, whereas Jay only cut his face on the glass.

Erin and Antonio noticed the accident, and Erin sped towards it.

"Damn! That's Voight's truck!" Antonio replied.

Erin got out of her truck, and so did Antonio.

"This is 5021 Lincoln: Emergency: I got an on view officer involved car crash at 24th and Wabash, be advised 5021 Adam, and 5021 George are unable to take any calls at this moment. Roll me two ambos to my current location. Officer's conditions are unknown." Erin explained.

Erin and Antonio raced towards the truck, and offered help.

"Jay? Hank? Can you hear us?!" Antonio asked.

Jay groaned, and opened his eyes.

"Voight?!" Jay called.

Hank was unconscious, his head covered in blood from the massive laceration on his head.

"Guys! Voight's unconscious, he has a massive headwound." Jay explained.

Erin went round to Hank's side, and banged on the window.

"Dad! Hey! Can you hear me?!" Erin asked.

Erin broke the lock, and opened the door.

"Hank? It's okay, can you hear me?" Erin wondered.

The Ambulance's arrived, and aided Hank and Jay.

"You need to come with us to Med." Lucy replied.

Jay shook his head, and walked over to Hank.

"Is he okay?" Jay asked.

Erin shrugged, and got into the ambulance.

"Are you okay?" Antonio asked.

Jay felt the room spin, and he doubled back.

"Woah! I got you, buddy. Let's get you in the ambo." Antonio suggested.

Lucy followed Antonio and Jay to the ambulance, and Lucy put the mask over Jay's face.

"Is he gonna be okay?" Kim asked.

Lucy looked at the unit, while Maddie got Jay settled onto the stretcher.

"He has a possible concussion, and judging by his pale complexion, he has a minor head injury, it's important we take him in..." Lucy explained.

Kim got into the ambulance, and held Jay's hand.

"We'll see you at Med!" Antonio suggested.

Kim nodded, and looked at Jay.

"Your gonna be okay, Jay..." Kim promised.

Lucy slammed the doors shut, and drove to Med.

After a few hours. Jay had his cuts stitched up, and was sitting with Erin.

Erin was bouncing her knee, she was severely worried about Hank's condition.

"Hey. Hank's gonna pull through this..." Adam consoled.

Erin nodded, and broke into loud, heart breaking sobs.

"What if he doesn't...?!" Erin sobbed.

Jay held Erin close to his chest, and stroked her brown hair.
