Love Must Come to an End Right?// Josh Dun

February 8th 2021 pt1

Amelia's POV:

Today Steve was taking me dress shopping. I didn't want to leave Isaac. It would be Josh's first time alone with him and I was nervous. Don't get me wrong Josh is an amazing dad but he's never been on his own with a small child.

"Babe are you sure you'll be ok. I don't have to go" I said while we were eating breakfast.

"Are you questioning my ability to be alone with our son" he asked

"I'm just nervous, this is gonna be the first time I've been away from him in a month" I said shaking my hands to me side

"Babe go out and find the perfect dress ok. Isaac and I will be fine right Ice" Josh smiled

"Steve's here." I sighed

"Alright. I love you" Josh smiled kissing me

"Love you too" I smiled

"Bye mommy" Josh said shaking Isaac's little fist

"Bye baby" I smiled kissing Isaac's forehead

I grabbed my purse and walked out the door and down to the parking lot. I found Steve's car parked in the lot and got in.

"Ready to find the dress of your dreams" Steve asked excitedly

"No" I sighed

"Isaac and Josh will be fine and if there somehow ends up a problem Josh will call you" Steve smiled rubbing my back.

"The faster we get to the store the faster I get to come back" I smiled

Steve started up the car and began driving his way to the bridal store. For living in New York Steve always seemed to be in Baltimore.

"So have you thought about 007" Steve asked.

007 was code for the wedding. More specifically the something old,new and blue. Josh and I wanted to keep somethings traditional. Along with that we weren't gonna see each other the night or day before the wedding.

"Well something new is Isaac, Old is you and blue is my shoes" I smiled pointing to my blue converse

"Come on seriously" He said "as man of honor I must be able to get these things"

"Ok for old Ronnie's locket, blue my converse since I'm not wearing heels and new I was thinking of getting a tattoo" I smiled

"Are you sure you want to get a tattoo" Steve asked raising his eyebrows.

"Steve I've wanted to for so long"

We pulled into the parking lot of the bridal shop. Lisa was standing outside on the phone waiting for us. The three of us walked into the bridal shop.

"Hello" An older woman with blonde hair smiled walking towards us

"Hello, I have an appointment" I smiled

"What's your name sweetheart" She asked walking over to the computer

"Amelia Jones" I answered

"Of course Nathan will be right with you" She smiled before walking off

Steve walked around looking at dresses while Lisa and I talked. Lisa stopped talking when a younger man maybe in his 20's approached us.

"Hi, I'm Nathan" He smiled sticking his hand out

He had an accent. It sounded Irish and very cute.

"I'm Amelia" I smiled shaking his hand

"Oh yes the beautiful bride" he smiled kissing my hand
