First morning

Y/n woke up to the sound of Charlie banging on the door. "Wake up wake up! We are going to do some bonding exercises"

She groggily climbed out of bed, snapped her fingers and immediately refreshed. She looked at the time. 12pm. Damn she really slept in. Opening the door to see a smiling Charlie ready to drag her down the stairs.

Everyone sat in the lobby, including Alastor. Hmm she never thought he'd be interested in these bonding exercises.

"This is Alastors first time joining us! So I thought I'd make it easy. I want everyone to go around the room and explain why we appreciate another person around the room!" Charlie is basically vibrating at this point "I'll go first! I appreciate Vaggie for being partner in all of this. She has helped me go through a lot in making this and I couldn't ask for a better girlfriend to do that with" she grabbed vaggies hands and smiled "alright vaggie you're next, but you can't choose me!"

"Alright" she looked around and fixated on Angel "Angel, I appreciate your jokes" she said in an awkward manner

Angel laughed "that's it. I'd be appreciating this body I have going on"

"Come on Angel, take this seriously" Charlie sighed

"Fine toots. I appreciate husk and his big strong arms..." he said in a seductive manner before going to a regular voice "for making these good drinks" he took a sip of a cocktail.

Husk sighed. He definitely did NOT want to do this. "I appreciate nifty for uhhh keeping this place clean"

Nifty was a smaller demon. Running around trying to stab a cockroach when she stopped and stared. Then she jumped up on Charles and gave a maniacal giggle "I appreciate you for being such a bad boy."

Charles smiled and placed her on the ground. "These seem to be small compliments so I'll try my best to continue forward. I appreciate y/n for giving me a life I could only dream about in my old one. For showing me that even the most sadistic demons could be kind if you're on their good side" everyone seemed to laugh at this statement

"Oh? It's my turn. Do I really have to go?"

"Yesssss say something nice about Alastor." Charlie egged her on to say something. Y/n simply glanced at him and smiled

"I appreciate you Alastor for ensuring my safety to this ummm hotel and keeping me company during these times"

"You really know how to flatter someone, Princess. It seems we've ran out of people to be appreciative of so I guess I'll pick" he looked around the room and settled on Charlie "Charlie, thank you for the entertainment!"

Charlie gave out a forced laugh before returning back to the group "that's a good start everyone! Y/n I know in 2 hours, your date will be here so we created this menu. Well Alastor did."

"Why yes sweetheart, you'll start with afternoon cocktails with husker, I will prepare a crawfish pie as an appetizer then as the entree, my mother famous jambalaya then to finish it off with bread pudding!"

"Very um, Louisiana" y/n smiled before turning away to Charles

"Charles, do you have plans for today?"

"Actually I do. Because of my lunch with Rosie yesterday, thanks to you of course, we have our first official date today!"

"Are you talkin about that creepy cannibal lady?" Angel asked, sucking on a popsicle

"Creepy? No. Beautiful? Absolutely" Charles replied to him

"This wholeeeee time, I thought you were banging miss robot freak over there" y/n didn't pay mind to the insult. It seems no one believes that a man and a woman can have a normal platonic relationship. "Doesn't matter anyway. You missed your shot with this"
