Walking into her office, Charles stood in the corner while y/n sat across from alastor.

"Charles is here for witness purposes. Don't mind him, everything in this room will stay in this room."

He smiled "understood dear. So what did you mean by courtship"

Y/n got serious for a moment, "my father wants a strong candidate to be my husband. Someone who shows no mercy, true wrath for those beneath them or even equal to them. During the ball, my father witnessed you and I enjoying each others company. Afterwards, I was brought to a meeting with him then spoke to Charles. They all find you including myself a perfect example of what we are all looking for." She smiled "now coming with that. We don't have to be romantic nor will you have to worry about a personal relationship with me if you so choose. However I wouldn't try to break any ties to me as I will always have the final say. I know overlords like more control or power they can't even understand. The more people to listen and worship you, the more control you have Alastor. Alastors ears perked up, his grin seemed way more sinister than even Charles expected. Maybe he was too quick to judge the man for his interest in her. Maybe she was right. He only wanted power and seeing a single woman who needed to be married was all he needed to step in.

His smile broke at its seams, stitches appeared around his smile as he seemed he couldn't contain himself.

He took the book, placed it in his coat pocket and turned back to look at her

She reached out her hand, f/c smoke coming through it. She shook his hand. Symbols, mixed with his and hers colors. The building shook and cracks were around them. Y/ns hair flung around with all the energy bouncing off the walls. After the deal was made, she returned to normal.

"One more thing before we depart from this meeting" she smirked

"What's that dear?"

"You have to let husk and nifty out of their contract. As a future king, having deals with those two is considered disgusting. Not that they are bad people, they are just lesser beings to you.
