As Jeongin took the right corner and now approaching his office, he went through a door where his personal assistant's office was. Upon entering, a woman sitting by a desk at the side of the room immediately rose up from her chair and made her way to him.
"Good morning sir. A reminder that there's two meetings you need to attend to today. One at 1 pm later and another one by 4 pm by the main meeting room..." She immediately detailed his schedules due that day while Jeongin just gave her a nod and went into his office without saying a word.
"...Jeongin, wai-" The woman just heaved out a sigh as silently as possible before she went back to her desk, fetched a couple of files and papers before knocking on Jeongin's door then walked in. "...I'm not finish yet."
"Here's today's files and paperwork that needs tending to..." She then placed what she brought by his table as Jeongin's standing by the curtains at the side of the office. "...also you need to introduce yourself to the new interns and maybe give them a quick briefing regarding the company they're under now and try to get them to know the basics here."
"Okay. Will do. Is that all? If yes then thanks Yuna." Jeongin replied as he remained by the curtains and his eyes were still roaming at the outside view from the window. "I heard you were trapped in the elevator with one of the interns while the power was out. From what I heard, the staffs been talking about it right now..." She added, dropping the formality.
"I did actually. I believe she'll do great things here... And can you please spread the word out that I don't want anyone talking about this matter again. I don't want any unnecessary pressure being thrown away at her now." He then went back over to his desk and sat down before fetching one of the files and having a look at it with Yuna remained at the other side of the desk. "You look worried for starter... Which of the three is this intern actually? I was thinking of watching through the CCTVs but the cameras took too long to boot that they didn't get a recording of you walking out the elevator."
Hearing that, Jeongin drifted his eyes to her as she had her arms crossed over on her chest. "Leave the intern alone Yuna, it's her first day here and you want to pry into this? Really? Don't you have work to do Yuna?" Jeongin said back to her, rather nonchalantly. "I'm not prying okay, I just want to know and besides, I'm your PA, sitting by my desk outside is my work." She replied before he reverted his eyes back to the file.
"Then do what you're paid to do Yuna, okay? Minding our own business goes a long way..." And she couldn't even believe he had said that to her face. "Seriously Jeongin? I'm not standing here with ill intentions okay? I worked here because of our parents and even though I don't even like working as a P.A, I still do my works for you without complaining. I know that you're against it as well but it's not my fault too okay."
With a light sigh, Jeongin took a breather as he leaned back against his chair, calming himself down. "Okay. I apologize Yuna. It's been a crazy morning and I'm sure my phone there will be buzzing every minute after this. I'm not going to spill her name but, the intern that's stuck with me by the elevator, she deserves the chance to work here because not only her but the rest of them all got their potentials to be great in this company."
