“Kang Haerin~” Both Hanni and Yongjae and also Haerin were greeted by a guy named Yongbok who walked in through the front gates of her house while Haerin’s about to get the coffee beans roasted down. Meanwhile Hanni and Yongjae were wondering who this guy might be, Haerin’s on the other hand were all smiles and chuckles the moment her eyes landed on Yongbok. “Hi Yongbok~ What’s up? What have you got there?” And same could be said about her tone who went from being soft-spoken and calm to a more excited and a bit happy in it. "...kimchi~?"

“I brought you some radish kimchi today… Me and my mom made these earlier today and she made some for you because she knows how much you like radish kimchi.” Yongbok was holding a small plastic bag where a couple of containers were inside it and Haerin let out a soft gasp as her hand received the plastic from him while her other hand was stirring the coffee beans inside the pan as it was slowly roasting themselves within the heat. "Really? Wow thank you so much. Give my thanks to your mom as well okay?" Nodding his head, Yongbok casually reached out the wooden spatula from her hand and continuing the roasting while Haerin got over to Hanni and Yongjae before placing the containers by the veranda. "This looks delicious..." Haerin softly whispered to herself as her eyes couldn't leave the containers.

“Is he your friend Haerin-ah? Your cousin?” Hanni calmly asked and instantly she saw there’s this hint of blushness on both of the younger woman’s cheeks. “He’s ummm… That’s my boyfriend actually… He lives a few houses down the road and would often come over here bringing food for me.” Haerin told the truth and Hanni couldn’t help but showing her usual teasing smile and made Haerin let out a soft snicker. Then Hanni and Yongjae eventually joined the two over at the furnace as Yongjae’s curious about the whole roasting process and wanted to take a closer look. "Hi there~" Hanni casually greeted the man named Yongbok.

“Hello… Name’s Lee Yongbok, nice meeting you..” Yongbok immediately bowed as soon as Hanni and Yongjae got over to them. “This is Hanni unnie and Yongjae oppa, they’re Minji unnie’s friends from Seoul…” Haerin explained the situation to her boyfriend who nodded with a hum as he too already knew about Minji coming back here and the whole Jeongin versus Dongbaek situation. “My father’s by the cabbage farm earlier this morning by the way… and he came home way earlier than usual… I’m talking two to three hours earlier.”

“...and when I asked him what happened then he simply said that the young man from the city had helped them massively today and everyone there gets to go home very early today…” Yongbok’s point only made Haerin nodded her head because she’s not too involved in the matter whereas Hanni and Yongjae looked over to each other and a very relieved smiles spread across their faces knowing that Jeongin somehow managed to convince some of the people that he’s here to help and helped them he did.

“That’s great to hear Yongbok, thank you for bringing the news over to us. At least we know that everything went well on their side over there...” Yongjae expressed his gratitude. “My pleasure. Are you two here because of Haerin’s special coffee? They taste really great by the way, I'm not even joking.” The way the proudness were visible in Yongbok’s voice was flattering, as what she’s feeling while she had her head looking down on the already starting to get darker, coffee beans while she and Yongbok continued stirring them slowly. “Oh now it’s getting to the usual colour I’m used to…” Yongjae’s silently in awe of the whole process of making coffee beans. "...smells nice as well."
