It was Christmas Eve!

And that meant their Christmas ritual of a Christmas breakfast was back on the menu.

It was their first Christmas back together after all.

(Y/N) woke up slowly, the smell of freshly cooked Casserole brimming through his nostrils.

He hadn't even got up on the bed when Gwen came through the door, with a plate of Casserole in her hands.

"Good morning and Merry Christmas, My dear lover!" Gwen cheerfully said, levitating their small table onto the bed, right above his knees.

"Merry Christmas, Gwen. What's all this?" (Y/N) was still half sleepy, but a brilliant smile still found its way onto his features.

"A breakfast fit for a king!" Gwen laughed and placed the dish in front of him, "Dig in, babe."

"Come on, You join me too." (Y/N) chuckled and patted the bed beside him, which she gladly obliged him with, she had already bought the plate with her.

After they had finished their breakfast, which ended up in a make-out session somehow, they both got dressed for the Christmas day ahead.

Gwen was in a skirt that extended till her midthigh, stockings below it with sneakers. She had a sleeveless top that left her navel exposed and topped it all off with a thick coat that extended to her calves.

(Y/N) was a bit more subdued, choosing simple pants and a shirt tucked in, his go-to look nowadays, what can he say, his other self showed him just how sophisticated they could look with formal clothing made casual.

And at least Gwen seemed to dig the look. And Gwen... well she looked as beautiful as the moon on a bri-

"What are you staring at?" Gwen blushed at his stupor, she did feel like she went overboard with her outfit.

"You... You're beautiful, Gwen." His answer was simple, but he could never know just how much her heart exploded at hearing those words.

"Don't worry, you get to take it off later~" Gwen teased (Y/N) who immediately deadpanned, but the blush on his cheeks was telling.

"Can we not?" (Y/N) pouted and moved out of their apartment, expecting Gwen to follow, who did, with a mischievous smirk on her face.

The Brookfield Place was almost unrecognizable today, the glitter of the Christmas decorations mixed with the mingling sounds of both the Christmas music and the crowd made for a delectable menagerie of a visage.

(Y/N) and Gwen walked through the mall, hand in hand, looking at the various shops and checking their prices, before realizing they couldn't afford most of this stuff.

"13000$ for a handbag!?" Gwen shrieked in disgust.

"It is Chanel... But still, Handbags don't cost an arm and a leg..." (Y/N) agreed with Gwen, his sweat running cold at the price tag.

They both high-tailed it out of there before they were approached by a clerk, saving themselves from the embarrassment.

(Y/N) took the bite with a pleasant look on his face, he and Gwen were currently in a pastry shop inside the mall, where they were taking in the delights of the cakes that surrounded them.

"Hmm..." He licked the frosting off his lips while Gwen stared at him intently, her pastry forgotten.

Just then a thought crossed her mind.
