"So what are you doing here?" I asked.

Griffin had to leave a few minutes ago as he had an important meeting to attend. However, he assured me that he would get in touch with me soon to discuss the endorsement deal for the sports drinks in detail.

" I came to visit my best friend and found out that they are now engaged." Cameron said.

I smiled. "Yeah but don't worry you are invited."

"I better be so how have you been?"

"I have been okay and pretty much stuck in the house twenty-four/seven because of this stupid injury."

"Must be stressful."

I sighed. "Yeah it is."

The doorbell rang, and I asked Cameron to open the door. Three people walked in.

"Cam long time no see." Clarence said.

"Great to see you too Clarence." Cameron says. "Also who is these two?"

"Sammy you got other friends that we didn't know about?" Devin asked.

" This is Cameron! We all went to high school together and he's an old buddy of Clarence and mine." I stated.

"Nice to meet you man I am Devin and this quiet guy here is Jordan." Devin said.

Jordan rolled his eyes at him. "Don't listen to him, I am not quiet but if you ever need a DJ for parties or any events then I am your guy for that."

Cameron chuckled. "Nice to meet you guys and I will take your offer on that Jordan."

************

"So how long are you staying here?" I asks.

"Just for a week but let me know when your wedding is so I can clear my schedule." Cameron told me.

"Okay."

"Speaking of weddings, are you ever going to let me DJ at yours?" Jordan asked.

"We will see." I said.

"So how do you two know Sammy and Clarence?" Cameron questions.

"I met both of them in college, and now we are playing baseball professionally." Devin said.

"I met both of them at a event but I play basketball." Jordan said.

"For what team?" Cameron wondered.

"Sacramento Kings."

"So you play basketball and DJ, like how does that work?"

"Well Cameron I Dj in the off-season."

As they were talking, my phone was ringing so I declined the call knowing who it is.

"I never see Jordan talk that much like he never does." Devin said.

I chuckled. "I know right but he is always quiet sometimes."

My phone kept ringing again so I rolled my eyes and turned it off.

"I was just wondering what are you three doing here?" I asked.

"Just because you are injured, it doesn't mean that we can hang out." Jordan told me.

I rolled my eyes at him. "I know that but anyway I am getting sick of staying home and honestly just want my fiancée in my arms right now."

"The guy is in love and it is fucking disgusting." Clarence said.

"You guys act like you wouldn't be like that too."I said.

"True but too bad I don't have a girlfriend." Jordan said.

"Yeah me too but I am taking a long break from dating." Cameron spoke.

Wait him and Meghan aren't dating anymore?

"You and Meghan broke up?" Clarence asked.

Cameron nodded. "Yep but it was on good terms."

"Who is Meghan?" Devin questioned.

"Erika's friend." I say.

"Wait so you dated a friend of hers?" Devin wondered.

"Yeah." Cameron told him.

"Are they still friends or you still friends with Erika?"

"I mean they are still friends but I don't know about me and Erika honestly."

"I am not going to lie but dating someone that is a friend to you and others doesn't always pans out because it will get ruined." Devin stated.

"Devin even though that is true but stop scaring him." I said.

"Alright I will but I am just saying." He defended himself.

"Have you ever dated someone out of your friend group?" Cameron questioned.

"Yeah but she is the mother of my child now and we are still together." Devin told Cameron.

"You know that is not helping him right?" Clarence stated.

Devin sighed. "Yeah I know man."
