Narrator POV:

In ancient Times, there were 9 Kingdoms that ruled the Continent of Etheria. Over time and due to War, territory changed who ruled them more often than not and today, the 9 had became 7 :

- Greenvale, the central and most wealthy Kingdom. Main City: Bright Moon

- Frieren, the Kingdom of the Barbarian tribes and clans to the north. Main City: North Point

- Dryl, small but central to many Jewels and Metals, as well as passage through the mountains. Main City: Dryl

- Mystacor, the seat of the high Mages, who were neutral in all matters. Main City: Mysta

- Sahar, the Desert Land that the Magi Beast had conquered. Main City: Sertha

- Salineas, the Island state in the middle of the Hollow Point Ocean. Main City: Oceanis

- Olympia, the Land that the Church declared holy, where the fateful would pilgrimage to. Main City: Vatica

The two that ceased were Plumeria, since they declared themself part of Bright moon and with that, part of Greenvale and Zahtral, the Kingdom that now lay in ruins after a long War with Frieren some 100 years ago. Different from Greenvale, when Frieren won a War they would annihilate every remaining Person of the other Kingdom, no matter of Gender or age.

Even in times when they were still the 9 Kingdoms, the name "Shadow Weaver" was whispered in ancient fables and word of mouth when demonic occurrences were happening. She was the one the desperate would search for to get revenge that they couldn't provide themself, in hope she'd curse whoever caused them grief. Whenever someone was found with pustules all over, burned alive without a sign of a source or suddenly vanished, her name would come up eventually, described as an old gipsy or a monster that wore People's faces as her Mask...the Stories varied from country to country

Just hearing it made Lonnie take 3 steps back, whispering "Baba Jaga" which made the Woman smile (as far as one could see through the mask)

"Ohh, Child, keep your gipsy cursed ones out of this" her voice was pompous, like a wellborn noble jet smokie and slightly distorted

Catra grabbed onto Adoras cloak, ever Hair on her body standing up straight but refusing from taking a step away from her

"Well, do I get an answer?" she asked, looking at Adora

"They are...a fraud...a way for believers to pretend that the Fates care about us"

"Correct...they care little for what man does" she slow clapped "Good to see you have a smart little Head on your shoulders, princess of Bright Moon"

"What do you want from us?" Adam asked, his distress apparent as the sweat on his forehead

"From you? Little ...I want a word with that one" she pointed to Catra, whose tail puffed out and only Adoras presence kept her from running. While she lost her fear of any man a long time ago, the supernatural was still something that would scare her, reminding her of the old tales her Mother had told her from years ago

"M-me? What could you possibly want from me?"

"Someone made a mistake and angered me, Child and you shall be the beneficiary of this because it happens to be someone you know"

"Who?" Catra asked, carefully

"Professor Sabétha Willerby"

"The Virologist?" Adora thought and noticed that Catras grip became tighter and her breathing faster

Without waiting for a specific reaction, Shadow Weaver continued "She wanted a deal and didn't keep her end...so im doing this to get back at her"

"Why would Catra have anything to do with this?" Adora thought, finding it interesting whenever something occurred that she failed to understand "Catra?"
