Meanwhile, Adam and Lonnie had gotten word that the fleet had landed on a beach far off the city and went to Mermista. She had been briefed already but was unable to make sense of the situation
"They are getting ready for a sneak attack" Adam explained "They can't lay siege to the City and have no way to brute force it so they will make it look as if they plan for an all out frontal attack and sneak in assassins... at least that's what i would do"
"To what end? Only to kill you? What has the Church to do with that?"
Adam bit his Lip, knowing he couldn't hide the truth for much longer "My Sister and Lonnie are... truant Fate envoys"
Mermista snapped her head back to look at him "Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME?" her gaze met Lonnies confuzed expression "You didn't think this was worth mentioning?"
The young Girl shrugged "Didn't know it was important... "
"Oh, you didn't know that you beeing here would make the FUCKING CHURCH COME AFTER YOU?" she looked back to Adam "You better have a good explanation for this or I will let them take her"
"Look, right now this is not your biggest issue, okay? We need to deal with them before..."
Suddenly, the door of the audience chamber was flung open and a young boy ran inside, his Face in panic "ENEMIES... Enemies have breached the courtyard"
"Already?"
"How many?"
"....two"
"Only two?" Adam asked while Lonnie ran to the Window overlooking the courtyard
"Yeah... these ain't soldiers" she explained and Adam joined her. Underneath them, they could see a young, muscular Man dressed in black with white Hair that was bound into a ponytail and a Woman with red, shoulder long hair, dressed in a white blouse and red pants, who looked around as if she was searching for something "We better check this out"

The two new arrivals looked around to verify if they had missed the mark "Hmm... seems okay?" the Woman said, scratching her head
"Told you it won't miss, Kirin"
"You didn't know that, Malkov" she said, sitting down, sweating up a storm and breathing heavy
"Of course I knew. You never missed a jump even once"
"As far as you know" she scoffed "So... who are we here to kill again?"
"You... you didn't listen to the briefing again?"
Kirin shrugged "Some bitch and her brother... I think"
"Prince Adam and Princess Adora, also we are supposed if they have any other envoys gathered around them and kill them as well. We are now in the Palast of Oceanis"
"I know where we are, dipshit, I got us here"
"Could've fooled me" the young man answered with a bright smile "Oh, seems like we got a welcome party coming our way" he remarked as Adam and Lonnie came their way
"What are you doing here?" Adam asked, his hand never leaving his Sword
"Sightseeing? The palace is quite beautiful, wouldn't you agree?" Malkov said, walking up to them while his companion remained where she was "And who would you be?"
"I'm the one who is going to make you leave if you don't do it out of you own volition" Adam said confidently before Lonnie's hand hit his arm
"Be careful.. they are envoys" she whispered
