“Is everyone ready?” I ask, pulling down my mask over my face.

“Ready as I'll ever be.” Dixie answers, grabbing her gun tightly. “Ready, boss.” Rob responds.

“Good. No names. We get in, get our shit and get out.” “Roger that.” The two replies.

I run to the front door of the bank and push the doors open. “Get on the fucking ground and don't move or you will get shot.”

A wave of screams ring our ears as everyone in the bank get on their knees. “Please don't kill us!” Their pleas fill the room as I follow inside the room.

I head for the counter with Dixie while Rob keeps his eye on the people on the floor.

I push the duffle bag to the lady at the counter. “Fill it up. Everything. Quick.” “Y-yes, sir.” She quickly grabs the duffle bag and fills it quickly.

“Who's the manager?” I ask, pointing the gun at the lady.

“I-i am! Please! Dont-”

“Hurry! I'm gonna need you to open the safe.” “Yes! Anything!” “Don't think of doing anything stupid!” Dixie yells, pointing her gun at a man behind the counter as he fills her duffle bag.

The lady in front of me passes me the bag and I grab it, zipping it up and strapping it around me.

“Take me to it. Now.” I growl, following her. She raises her arms up as she leads me to the safe.

She opens the safe and Dixie follows after me as we collect the stash.

“Few seconds guys,”  Calvin chimes in. “Roger that.” I respond, turning to the bank manager.

“Lead the way, miss.” She whimpers, going up the stairs. “Don't worry. You don't really have a choice here.”

“Y-y-yes.” We meet Rob and I nod at him. “Let's bail.”

We make a move towards the door and Calvin stops his van in front of the bank. “Get in! They're right behind us!” He yells.

We rush inside the car as he drove away in a jiffy.

“Fuck!” I yell in excitement, taking off my mask.

“Go! Go! Go!” Dixie screams, turning her head back and watching the cops trail behind us.

“Fuck!” We gotta lose ‘em!” Rob says, staring at me.

“I'm on it.” I say, standing up.

“J? What are you up to?” I pull my mask down again and pop open the sunroof. I grab my Assault Rifle and aim my gun, shooting a cop's tire perfectly.

The cop car wobbles behind us, hitting the wall of a building and bursts into flames. I shoot another tire and the car rams against the tree blocking the road.

“Get us out of this street, Cal. Hit the off road!” I command. “On it, boss!”

He takes a big swerve to the left and drives off-road.

“Are we losing them?” Rob asks, turning back. “Looks like it.” I respond, getting back inside the car.

“Wooh!” I yell, rushing with adrenaline.

“I think you killed them.” Dixie says with a worried look in her face. “Babe, you know I gotta kill in every hit.” I smirk.

I sigh and kiss her cheek softly.

“You can pull over under this bridge, Cal.” He does so, pulling over.

We get down from the car and Dixie grins at me. “We fucking did it!” She wraps her arms around me tightly.

“Yes! We fucking did!” She cups my cheeks and kisses me roughly, peppering kisses around my face. “ah! Fucking legends we are!” She yells, letting me go as she spins around.

I chuckle, grabbing hold of her. “Fuck yeah.”

“I hate to break this up, Jamie. But I'm gonna be a dick about this.” Robert says, pointing his gun at us.

“What? What do you mean?” I ask, a nervous sting running down my spine.

“I'm saying- I'm taking it all.” Rob smirks, gripping his gun tight.

“Rob! Don't be stupid! We're all in this together.” Dixie says, grabbing my arm tightly. “Fuck you! For years, it's been this way. You'd get the most. I'd get the shit. I'd have to clean your shit up. Fuck that. I ain't your fuckin' maid.”

“What the fuck are you saying?!” I grab Dixie's hand and yank her to get behind me.

“Jamie…” She utters. “Oh, you two. You fucking give me the ick! All that love and shit! It's fucking shit. Now you can fuck off and die.” He narrows his eyes, grabbing the bags of cash.

“Don't follow me. It's not worth it.”

“Rob. Don't do this, man. C'mon. We have a good thing going on!” I yell. “Bullshit! If you know what's actually happening, you can understand that this is it. If I don't cross you now I'll never get this chance. Where do I get the opportunity to rob a place like that and get out with big cash? No one but you. And I should thank you, Jamie. This is my reward.”

“Fuck you.” I growl. “No. Fuck you, Jamie. And fuck you too, Dixie.”

I grunt, taking a step toward him. “Don't fucking dare.” He threatens. “Bro, please don't do this.” Calvin utters.

“Fuck you, Calvin.” Rob turns to me and sighs. “Honestly. If I don't kill you all now, you're gonna find me. And I'd rather not have that on my mind for the rest of my life.”

He points the gun right at me and smiles. “So long, asshole.”

He pulls the trigger but Calvin swoops in and pulls the gun. Rob pulls the trigger and shoots my leg, making me scream in pain as I drop to the floor.

“Fuck!!!” “Jamie!!” Dixie yells, grabbing my arm.

“Fuck you!” Rob yells and punches Calvin, knocking him out. “Calvin!” I cry out on my knees, staring at Rob.

“Fuck you, Rob.” I pull out my gun and shoot him, hitting his shoulder.

“Argh!!” He screams out, falling onto the floor and dropping his gun. I push myself up and walk towards him, but he tries to grab his gun. “You're fucked, Rob.”

“Fuck you.” He utters, glaring at me. The sounds of sirens nearing us, thunders my chest. “This is it.” He utters. “Yes, it fucking is.” “Jamie.” Dixie utters.

“Run, Dee. I need you to run.” “What? Are you fucking kidding me?” “Do it! Run!” I yell.

You'd better listen to him, Dee. I'd do it.”

She shakes her head. “Go.” I utter, pulling the trigger, shooting Rob, killing him on the spot.

I turn to her and drop to the floor.

“I don't have much time. I can't run. Take the money and go.” “I can't leave you.” Her tears running down her face breaks my heart into a million pieces.

I cup her cheeks and kiss her lips once again. “Go. They're coming.” I smile at her as she nods.

She grabs the bag and run towards the bridge. “I love you. I love you so much.” She says. I smile at her as I lay on the ground. “I love you more.” I sigh softly, watching her run away from me.

The sirens get closer before I close my eyes, feeling the cold spread around my body. It surely was my last hit.
