"Jisung... No." Minho made a face as Jisung suggested him to put on a cute headband.
"Why? It will look good on you!"
"No, just no." Minho cringed as he looked at the bunny ears, making Jisung burst into laughter.
"Alright, it would've looked cute on you, though." Jisung said when his laughter finally subsidised.
"No thanks." Minho said, rolling his eyes.
The two continued walking through the streets, finally coming to stroll next to the Han river when they got tired of the hustle and bustle.
The cool breeze gently blew as if caressing their faces, the silence in the surroundings with nothing but the calming sounds of nature soothing their minds. Minho took a deep breath of fresh air, getting to feel it after such a long time.
He'd never felt so carefree in his life before, atleast not for the last sixteen years.
When his parents were there for him, everyday felt just like this.
"It's so pretty, isn't it?" Minho said, looking around.
"Mhm, very." Jisung mumbled, only he wasn't looking at their surroundings.
The words left his mouth before he could control them. "You're ethereal, Minho."
Minho was taken aback at his words, clearly not expecting him to say that.
"Oh... Um, thank you." He said, not daring to look at Jisung, who was continuously staring at him.
Suddenly, he grew very aware of Jisung's hand in his, and the way their shoulders brushed as they walked. He felt his stomach erupt into butterflies when Jisung made them pause while they were on the bridge.
"Look at me, Minho." He said, gently taking Minho's chin in his hand.
Hesitantly, Minho turned his head up to meet the younger's eyes, taken aback once again at the raw emotion that his eyes held.
He was scared, but he didn't dare to look away.
"You're so beautiful." Jisung whispered as he settled a stray strand of hair on Minho's head.
"You are too, Jisung." Minho said, his skin tingling when Jisung softly held his face, running his thumb on his jawline.
The two stared at each other's faces for a moment, unspoken words flowing between them as they basked in each other's gaze. They felt nothing but a sense of calmness and excitement. It was new to the both of them, and somehow, they both knew exactly what their hearts wanted. Minho was hesitant at first, but the way Jisung was looking at him made his mind hazy.
"Fuck this," Minho mumbled, grabbing Jisung's collar and pulling him in a kiss.
Their lips crashed together in a long awaited kiss as Jisung pulled Minho closer by his waist, the latter wrapping his arms around the former's neck. Their lips moved together as if they were meant to be united, fitting each other perfectly as they reciprocated their feelings without words.
Unlike their previous kiss, this one wasn't driven by lust. It was full of gentleness while being tender at the same time, making Minho's head feel dizzy.
It didn't feel wrong. At that moment, nothing but them mattered. It was just so right.
Jisung slightly pulled away for a second to catch his breath, before capturing Minho's lips once again. He just couldn't resist it, Minho's lips looked so inviting. Even though he had kissed multiple people before, nothing felt like this. His heart was ready to jump out of his chest, and his stomach was giddy with excitement.
