Salomé walked back into that snug to see Tommy in his same spot still. "Come on cowboy we got a dinner to get ready for." Tommy looked up at Salomé who was beaming at him. "Cowboy?" Tommy eyebrow arched hearing the funny nickname Salomé gave him. "You heard me, my folks are having a party in the french courtyard. Both families together, drinks, good food, and music." Salomé had a joyous expression as she went on to name how the party would be. Tommy just sat back and watched Salomé, she was happy finally. God, it was real now. A real smile was on her face and not a fake one she put on to come off as strong to Tommy or his family. No longer Salomé had to cry in Tommy's arms, thinking her father would never accept her back. Salomé was back, his Salomé was back to her old self. "Oh my lord, I need to have Clara help me get ready!" Salomé chirped. "Come to my house around 5, I need to go find Clara." Salomé went up to Tommy and bend down to his level. "I love you so much, ya' just don't know it." Salomé softly kissed Tommy's lips.
"Now what do we have 'ere!?" Before Tommy could grab onto Salomé and kiss her even more deeply, Arthur and John were back in the snug. Ruining the kiss that Tommy was enjoying. "Nothing you fellas ain't seen before." Salomé rolled her eyes and laughed. "See y'all soon." Salomé bid goodbye to the three and left out of the snug. Salomé gave her cousins a reassuring and very achieving smile, both of them in return clapping their hands and sending flying kisses to her before leaving out of the pub. There was no need for her to tell them how the conversation went, her attitude coming out of the snug told Joannes and Louis everything they needed to know.
John looked out the door Salomé had just ran out of to his big brother. "I'm 'ssuming it all ended well." "Of course it bloody went well, look at our Tommy boy." Arthur playfully squeezed Tommy's shoulders making him chuckle. "John tell the wife to get yer herd together, we'll be having a celebration between both families tonight." Tommy informed his brother knowing that John's big and growing family needed to know in advance. "Fellas, we need new suits." Tommy stood up from his seat, downing the remnants from his glass.
Salomé walked into her shared bedroom singing a cheesy love song in french, making Clara look up at Salomé as if she was crazy. "Et si tu n'existais pas dis-moi pourquoi j'existerais. Pour traîner dans un monde sans toi, sans espoir et sans regret!" Salomé dramatically waltzed up to Clara, hand on her heart passionately singing the old french love song.
