Now, the thing you've been waiting for.

After the champions were celebrated. It was time to move to the second part of their journey. Every student was given an opportunity to train outside of their home, a station to hone their strengths.

There are fifteeen stations in Hallownest. Some are easy to enter, while others demand some certain requirements.

It's how the Championships were established in the first place. A regular student only qualifies to enter in two different stations. The first being their home district, and the second being the district nearest to them.

Becoming a district representative opens up a few more stations, maybe 3-5 stations that aren't marked as a dangerous environment in Hallownest. The Runner Ups receives the privilege being able to choose in almost all of the training stations.

Meanwhile, being a Champion is basically a guarantee to be accepted in the White Palace. The training grounds which is most impossible to enter. Even Oro and Sheo chose to train there, first and foremost. They had plans to train in other stations as well, but they didn't want to waste the privilege to enter the Palace Grounds.

So, imagine their surprise when you find yourself in Greenpath.

It took a lot of time getting used to the Wayward Compass. You have passed by a few tunnels that weren't drawn in the map, so the charm truly helped in making sure you went through the right one.

As much as you would like to explore and get to know more about the sights of this little world. It was your first time travelling on your own, being lost would be the last thing you wanted to happen. You needed to find your station first.

You can explore later.

Then you finally found the entrance to Greenpaths. It had a few shrub covered bugs walking in and out, the leafy green cloak stood out to the blues and grays of the Crossroads.

As you entered the tunnel, you could immediately see the difference in the environment. Greens and foliage had covered the cool metal roads, industrial and nature mixing in harmony.

You kept track in your map as you followed the path to your destination.

This place was starkly different from the Connecting Crossroads, you didn't even feel like you're in a cave anymore. Maybe because of the ray of light peeking through the holes at the ceiling, lighting up the area with a natural glow. Moss and lush flora covered all surfaces from floor to ceiling, it gave a peaceful and ambient atmosphere.

There was also little lakes and...
Waterfalls.

You paused at one plaform to stare at one of them over at the distance.

The sights alone was beautiful enough, you wondered what it would feel like if you had the senses to smell the air. Surely, it would feel like pure bliss.

"Careful, there fella." A bug walked passed you. "Those waters are acidic, it won't do you any good." He briefly warns, as he continues onto his way.

Well.. we just can't have nice things.

You did notice that the water was bubbling, you just thought it was a bug funfact that's completely normal and safe in this world. But who were you kidding, whoever said that this world was safe?

You continued on your journey.

Your master had warned you, that the path drawn on the map was the safest way to travel. Heavily implying that any other route would be dangerous and punishing.

So, you stuck through the provided path.

Just you and your map.

You landed into an area that was overgrown, stretched out over into distance. There were large totems with delicate carvings, all of which was nearly covered in moss. The scenery had you wishing you could experience its scent, the smell of nature was too much to pass up.
