Today, the nailsage gave his students a task to craft their own signature.
A signature will become more important as they get older, it symbolizes your ownership to any property and a way for people to recognize your work.
You of course, know what a signature is. But this world have different standards for signature, instead of writing their name it's better to make a doodle form of your face.
The nailsage showed his signature as an example. Using that as reference, you created your own signature.
The most prominent in your features was your horns, so you draw that first, giving each of them a pinprick horn on the side. Then a soft edged square as your head, and your famous Hollowed eye sockets. Now you're done!
But-
This is a signature, so it has to be in a way that it's easy for you to draw. So, you draw your horns and head together, added lines for your small horns and then two big dots for your eyes.
The small horns isn't really that prominent so you erased that part.
"Motty," Lucius called, "what did you do with yours?" he said as he peeked at the signature you drew.
You looked at his signature too, after seeing that it was as horribly drawn as yours it allowed you to rest assured, knowing that you aren't the only one that's bad at this.
"Are signatures really important?" he asked, hoping you'd say no. So that he doesn't have to regret his entire life for his poor signature making.
You merely shrugged, not wanting to be the one to tell him.

After many cycles or days of practice in the Nail Arts School, the nailsage finally gave you an activity to have real spar against your partners.
Like, a real fighting practice this time.
"Everyone of us has a different style in fighting, these styles will differ from your size, your stamina, and your strength." your master said as you and Lucius looked at each other.
You having to look up at him a little, and him looking down on you. You were two different bug types, and different sizes. So, he has always been a bit taller than you. Not to mention his rotund shape, the Triple siblings were no different. Appearing larger than the rest of you.
"To find your style in fighting, you must engage in battle." the master continued, "Sparring is a necessary activity for you to learn your fighting style, so make sure you pick a partner that you can trust."
"In this lesson, you will all learn how to fight."

After the second bell for work rang, you were all sent home to complete your day.
And since you're no longer a patient, Dr. Esme took you in to live with him. Since Lucius has grown attached to you, they didn't mind letting you into their family.
As you sat on your bed, staring blankly at nothing. Since you never sleep, this is what you've been doing during the bell ring of rest.
With so much time to think about, you think back to the recent lesson that the nailsage gave you.
"Learn how to fight"
You'd be a liar if you said you hadn't thought about it, but you didn't need to know your creators for you to understand that they did not want you alive. If you needed to survive, you had to learn how to fight.
It disturbed you to know that someone out there is out to kill you.
Of course, you can't deny that you're dangerous, after you killed that light house guard, or how YOU's immediate instinct is to kill any threat on sight. If a newborn creature like you was capable of that.. then-
