The District Meet Champions follows the rule of three. It contains about 3 cycles, 3 processes, and 3 winning Champions.

The first cycle was the process of Eliminations, and it was.. Chaos.

You stood at the huge arena, along with one-hundred other participants. Despite the size of the place, it didn't look big enough to hold this many bugs on stage.

"Welcome, welcome!" The speakers of the arena blared, "Representatives from different districts, big and small! I'm sure you all are excited to the start of The District Meet Champions!" The crowd cheered, hyped up for the event. "Each and everyone of you have trained for this very moment. Without any further ado, let's begin our first battle!"

The most of the participants let out a battle cry. Which were cut off from the next word that came out from the speakers.

"The goal for today is to eliminate half of the contestants." The crowd became silent, as a series of murmurs sounded through the arena.

"Half?" You could hear Oro react incredulously, "They can't be serious, it will sent this place into a brawl."

"You have half the cycle to decide which bugs will remain, and whom shall go. If the goal can't be reached within that time frame, the District games will be disqualified!" He instructs, "The battle will begin at the first bell ring! Good luck, warriors!" And with that, the line cut off.

Leaving a tense silence in the arena. Everyone was staring warily at each other, automatically grouping together with their district teams while creating distance from the others.

No one attacked.

No one said anything.

Not yet.

Then the bell rings, making everyone flinch.

Nobody moved.

Then a choke.

"W-what are you doing-...!"

It was a terrifying sight. A bug holding one of their fellow district bug by the neck, squeezing their air pipe. "We only have to get rid of half the participants right? Never said, we couldn't get rid of our liability." The bug said, "You're weakest link in our district, we can't have you ruining our name, best that we get rid of you now!" He laughed as he watched his 'ally' choke.

What a great way to start a brawl.

You heard something approaching, and narrowly dodged a nail, nearly lodging into your head. Sheo moved with an incredible speed, slamming his long nail onto your opponent.

"Are you alright, Motty?" He asked gently, despite the way he brutally knocked out the offender.

You gave a brief nod, before it was Oro's turn to be attacked. Without further discussion, the three of you worked in combined grace, standing your ground as a team looking out for each others back.

Nails and arrows were flying off into the sky. Some people fell and stayed down, while others keep coming back up. But the three of you maintained your positions, you covered the top, they covered the ground. You could spot incoming opponents, no one was able to ambush nor break your defensive positions.

Meanwhile, some teams created a tactic of their own. Spreading out to get rid of the participants individually, some tried to copy your positions, and some had an in-fight going on.

It was a gruesome fight. Pure. Absolute. Chaos.

You threw your nail at the bug that almost snuck at Sheo, he was already dealing with more than two people. Oro wasn't in no better situation, as he was fighting against a big one. He seemed to be having fun though.
