I winced, frowning at the markings made at my neck. The skin damaged. If I angered him further, maybe it would have been burnt off too.

Thank the stars I was spared..

I then healed myself with my quirk and I stared at myself in the mirror wondering what mess Ive gotten myself into.

'He has some sort of heating quirk- a fire quirk is the best guess.' I gulped, then looking at my own hands. I counter his quirk - he would still beat me in a fight since I'm not good at my own power yet.

When I came out of the bathroom, Dabi wasn't in my house thankfully. It felt like a burden off my shoulders. Though it felt awfully quiet.

'Maybe I should consider getting a pet..' I felt very open to that idea, but the fact that there's a dangerous criminal I'm going to assume - since he hurt me, is using my house as a secret base - maybe it would be best not to.

I sighed, "It's so restrained around here..." I thought to myself.

...

Other Half (11:17 AM):
wanna cum over? hawks doesn't mind👀

You (Typing...)

I paused for a moment, wondering if I should tell him about Dabi. No, he'll probably get involved into this other thing again.

You (11:18 AM):
sure what time

Other Half (11:18 AM):
now 😈

You (11:19 AM):
buddy I didn't even brush my teeth

Other Half (11:20 AM):
ok and? does it look like I care? pull up hoe

...

I chuckled to myself, already getting ready while texting him. Yes don't judge it's a multitasker thing, I just wish I put this much effort into multitasking when it came to actual productive things like studying.

I shoved my feet into my comfy pair of shoes about to leave, until I paused. I looked back around my house glancing at my windows, curtains, doors.

It would be best if I locked them.

And so I did, windows, doors locked and curtains closed. He definitely won't be able to come in here, not a chance.

Then I proceeded to head out, feeling a bit safer now that there was no way of entry for him.

I drove to Hawks' penthouse, turning up the radio rolling the windows down so I could get some fresh air on the way. Then immediately rolled it up when I passed by loud strangers and such.

Gosh it's 11 am...

It'd be dumb to complain about it in 11 am, atleast 7 am was understandable.

I finally made it to his residence and rung the doorbell. Slightly bouncing up and down on my feet out of excitement to see my best friend after a long time.

The door swung open and thankfully I held myself back because it was Hawks who opened it. Surely you don't want someone to hug you as soon as you open the door right?

"YOU TAKE THE MAN OUT OF THE NOT THE CITY OUT THE MAN!"

Hopefully Hawks wouldn't get mad that his microphone was being brutally used up, he went out to get us some snacks.

Soon after he arrived he joined the fun too, we sung and danced like lunatics as if time stopped - till the sun went to sleep.
